(I had asked for a level 1. Diagnostic/cleaning) He also noted that the cement on the firebox floor was crumbling and fixed it with fire proof epoxy for no extra charge and then climbed up to the roof where he noted flashing installed incorrectly and replaced it. After he inspected our roof, we sat down to talk about what we needed. He point blank asked us how many other estimates we received and how much they were. Really??? Well, if he was such an expert, shouldn't he have told us?? He said that he would send us his estimate in a few days. It's now been well over a week and we've received zero correspondence. We would have liked to have seen what his estimate would have been in comparison to the others we had already gotten. Needless to say we chose another reputable company. Steer clear of this guy. There are much better options available if you take the time to research.

If I had not called them I would probably still be waiting. Also, when the estimate was given, great detail was paid to each item I was to be charged for. Yet when I requested an itemized bill reflecting these charges I did not received one despite multiple requests. I say again, the work itself was satisfactory and the installers were very nice.
