Upon entering the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She asked if I have an appointment which I did and told her so. She then asked for my insurance card and I told her I only have a digital copy of my insurance card but then she said she has already pre authorized my insurance, gave me a few pages of questionnaires to fill and take a seat. Within 15-20 mins I was called. The venue was clean, not crowded and not noisy at all. Their equipments seems up to date and well maintained. I was seated at a reclining chair and it was very comfy. Then the assistant took x-rays of my teeth and Dr Kim came in and spoke to me and let me know what my condition was and what to expect. Overall it went really smooth. His assistant, Liz and Dr Kim are a good team. They worked fast and efficient and they were gentle. What I really like about my treatment was that after the first anesthesia application I still felt pain so I made it known and Dr Kim stopped and gave me a 2nd anesthesia and tried to start procedure again but again I still felt discomfort so he stopped and took all the tools out of my mouth and administered a 3rd round of anesthesia. Now I numbed up really good and can't feel anything. Dr was done with my procedure in just a little over an hour. I had a 1/4 of my tooth broken and Dr Kim even added fillings and rounded out my tooth so it's not sharp.
