However, your office contacted her via text message--not even a phone call--and requested that her appointment be moved to 1:30 PM. We found this approach unprofessional, especially given the inconvenience it created. To accommodate your request, she adjusted her schedule despite already having a personal training appointment around that time. In addition, our wedding is just one week away, and our time is extremely limited as we manage numerous commitments and appointments. We are doing our best to coordinate our schedules carefully, so last-minute changes create significant challenges. After rearranging her plans to accommodate your office, the situation was handled poorly and caused unnecessary inconvenience. We made every effort to be flexible and work with the change initiated by your staff, and we expected the same level of professionalism, communication, and consideration in return. What was particularly frustrating was being told by the front desk staff that the appointment was being moved due to staffing shortages. While we understand that staffing challenges can arise, it is difficult to understand why that issue should become the patient's burden after we had already scheduled our time accordingly. The explanation provided did not seem reasonable given the circumstances and only added to our frustration. This experience fell well below the level of customer service we would expect from your organization, particularly in how the matter was communicated and handled by the front desk staff. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed and addressed to help prevent similar experiences for other patients in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. There are very few massage therapists that truly 'get it'. Bella indeed has healing hands! Not all massage therapists understand and 'feel' the connection between muscle, bone, ligaments, fascia & the mind. Let me tell you, she NAILED it. Her touch and exploration of my trouble areas, then diving in with the solution with cupping and triggered massage was exactly what I would've done. I came in to get highlights in my hair, expecting one of the professionals to help me out. After I get there, some random dude comes out who barely speaks English. Barely asks me questions about what I want, and barely talks about what he is going to do starts to do the cap thing on my head. He was extremely rough using the tool, stabbing my head very hard. After he finishes he finishes dying my hair, charges me $300 then when I ask how to maintain it he responds "I trust you will make the right decisions"... like no I know nothing about this, this was my first time. Then a couple hours later, when it drys, I look at it and it looks TERRIBLE. The sides of my head looked like I had cheetah print and the top was VERY orange. After I realize. I go back in a couple days later. After having to take time off of work because of how bad it looked and how anxious it made me. They agreed that it looked terrible and they told me that they would fix it free of charge.... They schedule me for the next day and I come in, then as they start they say "btw we are going to charge you $150 for this". They said this AFTER they started and told me they'd fix it for free. Then I asked why it wasn't free anymore and they ignored the question and walked away. When I went to the register they gave me a product to buy and told me I had to pay and when I asked why it wasn't free anymore again, they said because a different person fixed it. Which made no sense because they scheduled me with her and said it would be free to fix. Again, normally I don't leave reviews. Look at my profile for proof. This was such an incredibly terrible experience, save your money and your mental health and go somewhere else.
