I first want to start out by saying that as I sat in the waiting room waiting for my appointment, Terri came out of her office and came and introduced herself to me and told me how happy she was that I was there. ALL of the staff here is beyond kind, helpful, and knowledgable. The first time I went in I went in sobbing after leaving another Aestetics office that left burns, and scarring on my face. I have been to IOA seeing Courtney Randall (Formerly Stoltz) for 3 treatments now, and I cannot even begin to explain the results I am seeing with my acne. Courtney new right away that having a consult with Dr. Webb would be the best place to start, as I have always had a regimented cleansing routine, as well as a healthy gluten free, dairy free diet, but was still suffering from many, cystic blemishes. Dr. Webb helped me add some vitamins into my diet after studying my blood results, which have helped not only my skin, but my overall health! Dr. Webb also went over my blood results with me in DEPTH for an hour, and made sure I truly understood what was happening in my body, and how those things can be fixed. Dr. Webb is AMAZING!
