I've been getting wood from Hector for 5 years now. Up until now it's been good…read more But I think his son is running it now. This year I ordered a cord as usual, and I let them tell me when they could come. Which was a few days away which was Friday. on the day of delivery I sent a text to confirm. No reply all day. Then at night he sent a text saying sorry he didn't make it, wanted to reschedule. I said ok even though waiting around all day for nothing. We scheduled for Sunday after 12. I texted him again to confirm that day, no answer. Then around 430 he called saying if he can come at 630 or reschedule. I let him come at 630 I've been ready for a few days I didn't want to wait more. And 2 young guys came, very nice actually. But the cord was short. It measures 120cuft and supposed to be 128 I texted him letting him know, not expecting anyone to run more wood to me but to just let them know. I got no reply.
