I will say that Tomas is very kind and did try to complete my project, however, he was not experienced in the irrigation/sprinklers part of the job. We now have to hire a new company for what will mostly likely be a complete redo. My project was some tree trimming and new sprinklers for the backyard and one side yard. The tree trimming was fine, no complaints. For the sprinklers, although it was clear that the job was for two services, after he arrived he stated his brother would do the sprinkler system since he wasn't experienced with that. No problem, I agreed. Ultimately, they initially placed the pipes around 4 inches deep. I let them know it should be 8-12 inches and they fixed that. The placement of the sprinklers is another issue. There's spaces between the patio and the sprinklers that are left dry. In the main area of the backyard, the sprinkler placement isn't evenly aligned so there's different distances between each. We had sleeves that run beneath the concrete along the side of the house that are connectors from the front where the valve system for our front yard sprinklers system are. These were for when/if we were ready for backyard sprinklers and electric. They cut the sleeves down so much that I'm not sure they can be salvaged even with an experienced company taking over. They had water running through the new sprinklers, but they didn't know how/why the water wasn't shutting off. They weren't able to connect it to the control box in the garage, so for some reason they cut the tubing they installed between the old and new valves. I had them put a new connector back, I don't know why they cut the first one they setup. It isn't one solid pipe, but cut pieces they glued together (see pic). I would include a picture of how misaligned the sprinkler heads are, but I'm turning anything on right now. Tomas and his brother were nice, but my mistake was that when he said he needed to get his brother for the sprinklers I should have just kept it at the tree trimming or got another company that were experienced in both tree trimming and new sprinklers. I also should have been mindful that their reviews are more for general gardening. They offered to haul away some furniture that I was getting rid of and that was fine too. A little pet peeve for me is that I offered them cold water bottles from the fridge in the garage, but they left some of their empties and empty cans of Red Bull that I picked up. Also, my backyard is dirt because I want sprinklers before I place grass, and they didn't rinse off the dirt they tracked on my side concrete area and driveway. Hard lesson learned. I paid them for everything even though I have problems now that I didn't before. read more

The company owner reassured me that he would complete the weed removal for my front/backyard this weekend at the agreed price. After I waited for him for the whole week, he changed the appointment time 3 times on the schedule date. I would give zero stars if I could to King Landscaping, who I hired to repair a leak somewhere in my irrigation system. Myke did not look for the source of the leak and instead started cutting pvc pipe to change the direction of two pop up emitters, claiming they were the problem. He did not have any supplies with him, including pipe and glue. ???? He took my glue and a piece of pvc pipe I had found discarded in ground. And he helped himself to my tools, rifling through my tool box to find what he needed. He was very messy, flinging mud everywhere. The glue job was very, very messy. And I had to rush to his truck to retrieve a tool he took from my box, which fortunately I noticed before he left. The next day I awoke to the same flood I had had in the first place. I called another service, who solved the problem. I do not recommend King Landscaping. read more
