This year I ordered a cord as usual, and I let them tell me when they could come. Which was a few days away which was Friday. on the day of delivery I sent a text to confirm. No reply all day. Then at night he sent a text saying sorry he didn't make it, wanted to reschedule. I said ok even though waiting around all day for nothing. We scheduled for Sunday after 12. I texted him again to confirm that day, no answer. Then around 430 he called saying if he can come at 630 or reschedule. I let him come at 630 I've been ready for a few days I didn't want to wait more. And 2 young guys came, very nice actually. But the cord was short. It measures 120cuft and supposed to be 128 I texted him letting him know, not expecting anyone to run more wood to me but to just let them know. I got no reply. Received a response the next day. I stated that I would be camping a couple of weeks later and would provide the camp site number a few days before arrival on 4/28. Once I received my site location, I messaged them. They instructed me to text Dominic & Krista an hour after arrival and they would head over. They arrived within a couple of hours and had a full size truck load of mixed wood, split and some logs and branches. They even threw in a couple of stumps. One was very large but had a hole burroughed through. They stated all the wood was very dry and ready to be burned. They even guaranteed that any issues we had to text them and they would gladly come exchange out any pieces we weren't satisfied with. The wood burned fine! The price was more than fair and better than what we expected. In the past, we purchased and brought up a quarter cord for about the same price as they charged us for delivering a half cord. I would use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone else!
