Couldn't be more happier with Jeff's customer service, and the product he delivered! We called him for a leaky faucet, which required him to replace the faucet and the turn knobs for the valves underneath the sink. He gave me a great price that beat all the other estimates and even went far enough to clean the sink before showing it to me. (The sink had years of hard water buildup from the leak so it was a joy to be able to see the shiny new fixture) Thanks again. I recommend Fallbrook Rooter & Drain Service, whom I found on Yelp the day after Christmas. Owner Jeff Smith personally took my call and spent about 20 minutes explaining what my plumbing problem might be based on the information I gave him. He answered all my questions and gave me a good idea what the expenses might be. Smith described the equipment carried on each truck which included multiple heavy duty rooter devices. He assured me that the technician, CJ would do the same when he arrived. CJ arrived on time in a clean plain white work truck (which I appreciated) and carefully listened to me and recommend a repair plan that made sense. Both CJ and Jeff let me know their standard charges without playing any games, which was refreshing. CJ completed the work ahead of schedule and answered several more questions I had about other plumbing issues I had been thinking about. Great compnay! After All Express plumbing couldn't clear the clogged main line we called Fallbrook Rooter and Drain. It was late in the afternoon and the owner Jeff took my call. After explaining we were without sewer or running water because of the clog he assured me someone would make time to help us. True to his word CJ showed up at about 4:45 pm and within 20 minutes had cleared our clogged main line. CJ was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My property manager called this shop and had them come out to fix a leak in the main line to my home and sprinkler system. I guess because it was the PM and not me, and because I was not there the shop thinks it is okay to charge me $70 for two tarps and primer and glue... They dug up a section of yard that was about 3' by 3' by 2'... They replaced about 2-3' of pipe with a few fittings. I don't know what they were doing with two tarps or how the heck they used $40 worth of glue and primer, especially when I went tonight and bought a pack at Lowes for about $15 which would do 10 of those jobs... I have no idea how they felt comfortable charging me for 7 hours of labor. That is crazy! They must have went to the hardware store and grabbed some lunch on the clock while I paid for it. I am all about supporting small local shops, but not when they take advantage of the situation. This job should have reasonably cost $400, maybe $500, maybe... (an hour to dig, an hour to repair, an hour to clean up the mess and $100 buffer for parts and extras. I learned my lesson, hopefully you won't have to with this shop. read more

Want to leave a god word for Fallbrook rooting & Drain. I noticed a problem on a Saturday late afternoon, called and was surprised that they were able to come in about an hour. I am writing this review because I am sooo impressed and so grateful for these guys! I had a blockage in my bathroom last night which prevented my shower from draining and my toilet was backing up. There was even water leaking out from UNDER the toilet bowl. First of all, Jeff returned my call quickly even though it was after hours on a weekend and arranged for Kevin to come out and assess/repair the problem. Kevin was absolutely great! He was kind, patient, explained everything very well, knew what he was doing and had the equipment to do it which put me at ease right away, did not at all seem irritated that he had to show up for a last minute job on a Saturday night and was very careful about keeping things clean. It took three different approaches to clear the blockage but he stayed with it and got the drain open again! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this team!!! read more

Very impressed with the fast and honest service the afternoon prior to Thanksgiving Day. My husband and I battled a drain issue in the kitchen for three hours. Since we were preparing for the big day we needed someone ASAP. Showed up within the hour. As fast as I opened the gate the drain suddenly cleared.
