She tried her best to make me feel relax by telling me that it'll be quick but oh boy, it was painful! I couldn't relax because it was my first time (I was anxious) and it was painful right after she yanked the upper portion of my bush. It was mostly painful because I have so many hairs down there. She didn't trim it & I didn't trim it before meeting her. She didn't ask me to check if she did well or not after my brazillian & full legs. She just told me to pay after I'm done changing. There are still some hairs left. She did wore 1 blue glove (right hand) during the brazillian wax but she didn't wash her hands before the procedure. I paid $85.00 incuding the $10.00 tip. I thanked her for the wax deal. She's a nice lady with 25 years of experience but for me her brazillian techniques are painful and the wax is too hot for my skin threshold. I endured everything, I hope my future brazillian wax will be better than this. I've been told that the first brazillian experience is worst but it'll get better after the 3rd try.

As a contractor, she has no responsibility towards you as a client. You do NOT get a consultation from her because she does not speak or understand English well, or she pretends not to understand you. It took me over 2 years to get up enough courage to get my eyebrows done. I was shown pictures of Azita's work, but now I have to wonder if those pictures were pirated from other sites which perform microblading. I told her specifically what I wanted for my eyebrows, she snapped back that it was what she would be doing. She proceeded to draw an outline of the shape for my eyebrows. My husband told her that they were uneven. So much for her being a make-up artist. She visibly showed her irritation and proceeded to rub at the outline to fix the shape. Eventually, the outline looked okay and she proceeded to cut my brows. Please understand that someone is cutting into your skin with a blade and it hurts. Your brow areas are red and swollen, so it is difficult right after the procedure to determine how well the job was. As a fair and reasonable person, I waited till the recovery period was over before returning to the spa with my complaint. Please see the picture of my eyebrows. It is clear that Azita did not keep within the outline that she had drawn. My right brow is lower than the left, the left brow has an peaked arch while the right brow has an almost flat curve, both brows are thick and patchy. I get strange stares, and friends and family have asked me what happened. I went to other salons to see if they could fix my eyebrows, and all of them told me that I have to wait till they fade before they will touch them. Dory tried to force me to do a second session with Azita to fix her botched work. But seriously ! Would you want someone who has given you uneven, lopsided caterpillars to have another go at messing up your face ! My husband went with me in the morning to ask for a refund. We got some yarn from Atty about how their debit machine cannot process refunds. She said we would have to return at 5 PM when her daughter Dory will be there to process our refund. I specifically asked her to confirm that she will be refunding the full $1,072.09 that was charged to my credit card. Atty responded 'Yes', but she needs Dory to process the refund. We returned promptly at 5 PM to be told by Dory that she will not give us a refund for the microblading because she had to pay Azita, and Azita will not agree to the refund. So, you decide. I had to post on Yelp because he paid to hide his bad reviews on the other major ratings site. Last year, I had what was supposed to be a routine laser treatment at his office. Dr. Weksberg's nurse "Jen", working under his direction, performed the treatment wrong and damaged my entire face, leaving me with burn marks, wide pores, redness and brown discolouration. Multiple doctors have explained to me that Jen COMPLETELY messed up during my treatment, burning my skin, and I really wish that Dr. Weksberg had done more to make sure that his nurse was properly trained and vetted before allowing her to use a laser on my face. I have thus far had several treatments to try to improve the mess that Dr. Weksberg and Jen made of my face, but, sadly, much of the damage is not fixable. I cannot stress enough how awful this ordeal has been. All this time, whenever I asked Dr. Weksberg for help he pretended that nothing was wrong in some sort of twisted attempt to avoid taking responsibility for what happened. For months after the failed laser treatment he did almost nothing to help me and instead let other more competent, decent and talented dermatologists work at fixing his mistakes. I actually found the place on Groupon and because the procedure (Fraxel) requires more than 3 sessions, they offered to give the additional sessions I needed for the same Groupon discount price. I've been seeing some progress with my acne scars, but of course nothing drastic since it's just Fraxel. The technician is very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought packages for laser hair removal and IPL as well because of my good experience with Fraxel. She did burn my right underarm while doing laser hair removal but I couldn't really blame her 'cause I do have sensitive skin. Overall, my experience here is great so far and their clinic is very clean and the technology they use looks new and up-to-date (as far as I can tell).
