First, as soon as you walk in, you're hot with the nail polish alochol smells. It's reasonable to expect a salon to have some of that but not so strong that the second you walk in, that's all you smell. The ventilation must've been off there. Second, got a regular pedicure and the staff immediately got to working on my feet. Very few pleasantries, didn't ask to check on the water temperature. Third, after my polish and top coat was applied (which the top coat was gunky and clumping with my polish - meaning it wasn't fully dried before the top coat was put on!), they escorted me out of my chair and told me to sit in a corner with a fan for my feet. Likely, they needed the chair for another appointment. But they just left me sitting there, I didn't know when I was supposed to leave. Absolutely horrible nail experience. I would not come back.

After the service, we were charged $200 in cash -- no explanation, no receipt, nothing. When I called to question it, the staff literally changed the price over the phone mid-conversation. Complete bait-and-switch tactics. They refused to give a receipt, clearly trying to avoid taxes and credit card fees, and took advantage of two young women assuming we wouldn't fight back. Unprofessional, shady, and totally unethical. I've already reported them to Ontario's consumer protection authorities and the Better Business Bureau. I highly recommend others do the same. There are plenty of honest nail salons in Toronto -- this is NOT one of them

I went to this establishment for the first time with my mom and got a regular mani-pedi. The lady who did my moms nails took twice as long, while the one who did mine hardly put in the effort to do a good. In fact when she was putting on the nail polish she realized the polish was old/dry and not going on smoothly, so she mixed a nail polish thinner to restore the consistency, but I still noticed the lack of smoothness on my nails and when I brought it to her attention she told me not to worry and that "the topcoat will fix it". While, the nail polish was not fully dry and still shiny I didn't notice the state of the nails until later that evening, only then I realized how bad the quality of the nail polish was. The top coat she used left bumps/bubbles on all my nails (hands and feet). It was the worst mani-pedi Ive ever gotten. I called/texted them to address this issue (the pictures attached here were also sent to them directly) and the only thing they would say is that "we dont guarantee for regular polish". They refused to re-do them or reimburse me despite the fact that they are clearly responsible for the outcome when applying old dried out polish. I would highly suggest to anyone considering this place to NOT GO! There are far better nail salons who have proper customer service and have a bit of business integrity.

I went here for brazillian and full legs wax. It was my first time to do brazillian and full legs…read morewax at the salon. I had Rosette and she was nice to me. She tried her best to make me feel relax by telling me that it'll be quick but oh boy, it was painful! I couldn't relax because it was my first time (I was anxious) and it was painful right after she yanked the upper portion of my bush. It was mostly painful because I have so many hairs down there. She didn't trim it & I didn't trim it before meeting her. She didn't ask me to check if she did well or not after my brazillian & full legs. She just told me to pay after I'm done changing. There are still some hairs left. She did wore 1 blue glove (right hand) during the brazillian wax but she didn't wash her hands before the procedure. I paid $85.00 incuding the $10.00 tip. I thanked her for the wax deal. She's a nice lady with 25 years of experience but for me her brazillian techniques are painful and the wax is too hot for my skin threshold. I endured everything, I hope my future brazillian wax will be better than this. I've been told that the first brazillian experience is worst but it'll get better after the 3rd try.
