I don't even know where to begin. I cannot say enough about how remarkable Sharon and Fallier Food is. From the first email until the clean up, I was beyond blown away. Fallier: I contacted Sharon, the owner, back in January about my dad's surprise 70th birthday that was to be held in my backyard in June. She responded immediately to all my emails and phone calls. Her attention to all the details was impeccable. We came up with the perfect menu and signature drink. Not to mention the decor. There are no words to describe how fabulous everything looked. She took the time to send me pictures of different options of table decorations, we worked with a color scheme and Sharon came out to my house months prior to get a better idea of the layout of my yard and what she wanted to do. From the moment she walked in my door, we had an instant connection and I knew that I made the right choice. There was nothing that she didn't do. My event was outside and Sharon brought these beautiful hydrangea backdrops to cover up some unfinished construction. Her attention to detail is exquisite. Every concern I had she put me at ease. Sharon is an amazing woman and I don't know how she does it. Fallier staff: The day of the party, everyone arrived super early to transform my backyard into party central. Yvonne, Valerie, Emilio and Marc were personable, professional and just some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I'm pretty sure by the end of the night my family was handing out hugs to them all. They were on top of everything and catered to everyone's needs. My dad was overwhelmed and the surprise was a success. They made sure that all of my guests were happy, and although it was so damn hot that day, they all wore a smile. My guests are still raving about them. It says a lot about someone (Sharon) when they have employees that stick with them for years and even through a pandemic. The Food and drinks: OMG. Sensational. We decided to have a cocktail style menu instead of a sit down or a buffet. We chose the salmon cones, chicken pot pie, veggie lasagna, beef slider, and a taco station as well as mini desserts. Every guest could not get enough. Everything was fresh and made right there on sight. And to say that every morsel was delicious is an understatement. I am so happy we had some leftovers because some of my guests returned the next day looking for more. Out of this world. For the signature cocktail, we created a light summery tequila cocktail named after my dad's position in the Navy. Sharon and Yvonne worked with me to make sure they got it just right, and wow did they ever. I know a lot of my guests aren't big on tequila, but they couldn't believe how delicious it was. And everything was served in beautiful glass and stemware. I could honestly go on and on about how spectacular they made my event. I left for awhile during their setup and when I returned to see how much they had accomplished in such a short amount of time and how beautiful it was, I literally cried. I couldn't contain how happy I was and how all of our hard word paid off. (their hard work). I'm still over the moon about how incredible Fallier Food made my dad's party an epic night. I was sad to see them leave. They worked so hard all day and never skipped a beat. The decor, service, food and drinks were impeccable and I highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to cater an event. Outstanding! I really can't say enough about these extraordinary people. We worked with Sharon Fallier and her catering fabulous team in early October 2018 for a private media event, and they were tremendous! The price was reasonable, the quality of the food was superb and the planning process in the beginning was a cinch. Planning: We shared the vision for the event with Sharon, starting with the theme, color palette and overall flow of the event. They quickly turned around a proposal with recommended food and drink, timing for prep, as well as decor for the F&B area. Execution: They arrived right on time (a little early, which was perfect) and got right to work. All of their items were packed nicely, which made for an easy unload. F&B: Everything was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. We ordered an appetizer buffet with salmon rolls - SO DELISH - fruit kabobs, cucumber cups with a delightful filling, as well as tropical appetizer buffet presentation (tropical flower displays, linens, platter display, napkins, etc.). Also, the bar serves three signature drinks that everyone loved. When I host an event in NYC, again, I will only with with Fallier Food. They just get it and are a true pleasure to work with. read more

I wholeheartedly and unreservedly commend Sharon of Fallier Foods and her wonderful team to anyone seeing a caterer in Manhattan. I contacted 5 caterers for a holiday party on the Upper West Side. Sharon was the only one who both responded immediately and enthusiastically and expressed a willingness to work within my budget. I was initially attracted by the gorgeous and elegant displays on her website and was delighted to discover that the real thing was even more impressive than the pictures. What a pleasant surprise to learn that the food was even more impressive than the pictures. Absolutely delicious and genuinely distinctive. The staff was wonderful, helping in all sorts of small ways not only to feed my guests, but to make them comfortable. My guests were so impressed that several expressed an interest in engaging Fallier Foods for a future event. To top it off, we had enough food left over for another event and a half! Literally! The owner Sharon from Fallier Food is an artist. For our wedding, Sharon provided full bar, appetizers, charcuterie board, dinner, and dessert. Each course was perfectly designed and so tasty. Using our guests' own words "there was not even one dish that was not delicious!" Food was not the only thing that was perfect. From the first meeting to the last walk-through, Sharon was not only professional, punctual and responsive, she was creative and devoted. I couldn't have planned the wedding exactly the way I wanted without Sharon's insight. She also provided useful suggestions about all the rentals needed for the wedding, such as desks, chairs, glasswares, etc. It took us a few months to put everything together. Throughout the process, Sharon was always responsive, which gave me tremendous confidence to believe that the wedding would be a success - and it was perfect!!! Sharon is Awesome! 22 years ago she catered our wedding reception. The food was great then & it has only gotten better. We have been enjoying her entertaining services regularly ever since then. Its hard for me to say if I like her appetizers & light fare best or the main dishes or the deserts! Over time Sharon has continually added a fantastic variety of new items and styles. But the real joy is the total experience, the tastes and presentation of the food, the table service arrangements and floral displays, the music, the staging - she simply puts together an excellent experience. Let me add that she is a lovely person to work with - very responsive to requests. Her Vegan menu is top notch - even the non-vegans want to gobble it up. Her assistants are all equal to her own high standards. Finally, the prices are very good - tremendous value for your dollar. We couldn't recommend Sharon and her company more highly. read more

I hosted a 30th birthday party in July​ 2018 and I wanted to make it very elegant, tasteful​ and unique. I worked with Sharon who took my theme idea of James Bond and made it come to life. It felt as though we were actually in Casino Royale once she was done decorating. I was very worried about impressing my in-laws and had concerns over whether there would be enough food as well as the quality of the food. Sharon was AMAZING. She took the time to come see the space prior to the event and build a relationship with me beforehand. She made sure that everything was absolutely flawless. The quality of the food was exceptional and her team did an incredible job with the presentation. The service was very accommodating​ and a pleasure to be around. My table looked amazing!! She used the colors of my room to match the table decor and thought of every detail! She even provided me with extra tables, chairs and burners for the buffet that was set up so beautifully. And the food was DELICIOUS!!!! The designer pizza appetizer we had was so tasty and beautifully presented. The salmon Wellington was scrumptious!! The London Broil and vegetable salad went quickly. I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Sharon and Fallier Food. I was throwing a last-minute 70th birthday party for my husband in my loft. We wanted enough food so that people would not be hungry, but it was more of a cocktail party so people would be standing, so the food had to be easy to eat. All of my guests raved about the food! It was beautiful and delicious and plentiful. I also loved that they did not use disposable anything (very important to me). I can not tell you how many people asked who did the food! Sharon & Yvonne's Fallier Food is as good as it gets. My guests were blown away by the presentation and ambiance they set up in my house but what really impressed me was the reaction of my wife when she got home and saw how beautifully decorated the house was and the set up in the patio. She felt truly loved. The food was also outstanding and so much more than I had expected. Also, the bartender Michael was outstanding.
