I will be real simple. They have regular hours (usually) like 10 to 5. Depends on which store your going to and occasionally they will close on a whim. But pretty good usually. The store on Power Inn is open later than the one on Florin. The sales people are always busy moving bins in and out to replace merchandise. Security does their best to keep people in line. For instance "Do not open the boxes." or keep your kids out of the bins. They run around and grab things or the babies are allowed to sit and cry in the strollers. I have been at least once a week for 6 months, sometimes several times a week. You will find the better items on Tues. Thats 6 dollar days or 4 dollar day. I love going on Saturday which is .25 day. Sometimes they limited. I've found some expensive sunglasses for 2.00 and retail for 30.00. Kitchen gadgets with a savings of 10 to 30. Quality items. They go through clothes and shoes then none. I bought a lot. Right now most of it is christmas decor and holidays. I just bought a puzzle for a dollar and it retails for 30.oo. I like the thrill of the hunt for the best deals. I love to go to falling prices but this location was too much. The employees where threatening every customer with children that they were going to call child services because they're child was simply a few inches away from the parent or if they were grabbing a toy . Is that even legal? The people doing this was a white male with dirty blond hair and 2 women one with brown hair and one with orange hair. The one that was really pushing it was the white lady with brown hair it's just ridiculous. Like relax. They are children what do you expect? I was able to go into Falling Prices for the first time and find everything I needed and Moore only paid six dollars each for my items and some of those items like I would normally get it another store for 20 and $30 each. Thanks falling prices read more

Very obvious this location has unethical employees that hold the good items for people they know. They're not even secretive about it. Overheard them talking about it and the worker lady came out with a cart full of stuff threw the items her friend didn't want to one side and threw the stuff her friend wanted to the other side so she could grab it first. I went to Falling Prices Inc, at Tracy, West Valley Mall, CA. on September 5, 2023, about 2.00-3.00 pm. I accidentally passed by the store when I was on the way to Macy's. It was my first time with my family. Well... we never know what kind of store it was. One of my family was asked by one of the male employees who came to her. He asked her whether it was her first time in this store? And she answered Yes. And later on he asked her again whether she had opened the package and she answered, No. But, he kept asking her again," Are you sure? She answered No. And, finally, he said to her if she opened the packages, she would kick her out and the memo said so if she opened the packages. I wished I could get his name. He was with the black tees, about 5-6 ft, and a little overweight. He looks Hispanic. Well.. if he was kind of a professional employee, he could talk professionally, not like a man in the street or a man who does not have an education. He treated her like she was a THIEF! Come on, it is about the store that sells Amazon stuff that is unused and returned by its customers. What else? Customer service with a professional attitude will be service for sure. read more

Horrible staff and prices .. they have the same items and sizes but all different prices , some $15 and some $3 for the same item, I tried to get a shirt in a size medium the tag was yellow which was $15, then I saw the same shirt in a size large which had a purple tag which is $3. I asked the staff about changing the price and they said no. Even tho they were the same exact product, the price depends on when the actual item is put to the floor. Such a stupid rule. Not to mention that there was a whole bunch of the same items with all different tags/ prices. Doesn't make sense what so ever. I definitely don't recommend going there. I usually like going here on Tuesday despite it being crazy busy, however, today was really annoying. The bins had been rearranged so only one shopping cart would fit along the walls on the right hand side of the store. Of course, people only think about themselves, so one person would block the row with their cart and nobody could get on that side. You can't park your cart and walk around the bins because someone will take what you have in your cart and put it in theirs. I don't understand the reasoning for rearranging the right side of the store. The way it has been for several months has been fine. 2 carts would barely fit, but at least you could get close to the walls and look around. Another change for the worse has been everything gets dumped together in the bins. There used to be a bin with cosmetics and another bin with pet items and another bin with food items. Now everything gets mixed together and clothes piled on top of that. It's frustrating to dig through a pile of clothes to see if there are dog biscuits or cosmetics in the bin. Go back to some sort of organization!! Most of us don't have all day to dig through the pile of clothes to see what is buried underneath. I was told that "corporate" made the decision to pile everything together. Perhaps "corporate" should come out of their offices and see how difficult and disorganized dumping everything into a bin and piling clothes on top of the bins really is. What sounds like a good idea when you're not on the stores may be a really terrible idea when you're actually in the store. I've worked in retail for decades. Go back to some organization and take a look at your displays. If you were actually shopping there, you'd realize what a bad idea dumping everything together is. read more

Good for the pet stuff on $6 Tuesdays! I have bought Blue Buffalo for both my dog & cats. I have also bought Furminator combs for them. You can find a deal on other items as well. Word of advice? Look at expiration dates! Don't go in there expecting the best customer service! And don't get caught up in the shopping madness as some of the products are cheaper at a regular store depending on the day of the week you're there. Ex: I'm not buying a bag of chips for $6, but I might if I'm there when everything is $2 or $1. And... one last thing... you have to dig through a lot of junky unorganized wood bins. I love the friendly staff and low prices. I shop there at least twice a week and the managers Keya and Glen the nicest people ever. I like that they will always go out of their way to help. alot cleaner and way less opened boxes then the other falling prices. 5 stars easy ! read more

For the most part, I have enjoyed shopping here finding many items that I normally buy on Amazon. Many days I go I feel like a really got some good finds. Then again, there are days I go and just find boxes upon boxes of the same expired (past best by dates) of crackers and cookies. Then there are the 3 times I bought appliances there were either missing parts and unusable, or broken and not working. This is an issue because you can't test the item before you buy it. So if you're patient to look for the good finds, and when buying an appliance, ask the clerk to open the box so you can check the whole box to be sure it at least has all the parts to it. And lastly, I feel that lately, unless you get there first on a Tuesday, which is opening day Of the week, there are mostly items left on this $6 day that would best be left for a $2 or $1 day. I hope they can find a way to change this so that each day is worth it to go. read more
