What concerned me even more was the way my dog was handled on the grooming table. He appeared to be restrained so tightly that he became extremely distressed and ended up urinating and defecating on himself while I was present. As a nurse, I am familiar with signs of distress, and what I witnessed made me very uncomfortable. My dog was visibly frightened, and I did not feel that he was treated with the care and compassion that pets deserve. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place.
