The premises are spotless and the staff are friendly and professional. I was assigned to Dr. Dudley, who is the best dentist I've ever had. He is kind and patient, and he explains things well. In his work he is careful, thorough, sensitive to your well-being, and unhurried. Just this morning I had an impression taken and a temporary crown put in, and I had no pain, not even when the doctor injected the novocaine. The way Dr. Dudley and his assistant completed the procedure was a marvel: not a wasted word or move, complicated but made to look effortless. I had expected an ordeal and instead got an impressive performance! I whole-heartedly recommend this place to anyone.

Dental Professionals sent us a bill for $178.00 for the sealants of 2 teeth. I checked my insurance and the pre-auth was rejected because sealants are only paid for every 2 years. We brought this up with their billing people and they are not willing to budge. The only reason I am giving Dr. Kyle 2 stars is because he is pretty good with kids. Otherwise, beware of the billing. Also, $178.00 for sealants?? What a ripoff!

During my last appointment, I saw a Black woman in the office--and it struck me that in four years, this was the very first time I had seen any semblance of diversity in your workspace. This prompted me to look closer at your environment, from the magazines provided to the imagery on the walls; the lack of representation is stark and exclusionary. Furthermore, I was deeply unsettled to find that the Office Manager brings her dog into a clinical dental setting. As someone there for a medical cleaning, I found the presence of an animal in a healthcare facility to be both unprofessional and unhygienic. As a white woman of German descent married to an African American woman, I have listened to my wife's accounts of "Sundown towns." My experience at your office recently mirrored those stories--a space that feels curated for one demographic while making others feel unwelcome or invisible. I am ashamed to have patronized an establishment that feels like a "Sundown office" for as long as I have. I have seen several hygienists over the years and they have all been great. The office itself is modern and up-to-date. The front desk staff have always been very friendly. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews. I have always had such a great experience. The one thing that is confusing is there is "Falls Dental Group" as well as "Falls Dental" in Menomonee Falls. I'm not sure why the two have such similar names. I have called the wrong place at least once by mistake. "Falls Dental Group" Is great!

Our daughter had a routine cleaning in mid-May, and she is quite proud of herself for quitting her thumb-sucking on the very day that you and Mary gave her your pep talks and pinky promises. She's a very decisive young person, but I know that your straightforward, caring approach to the conversation helped seal the deal on putting that habit in the past. Our son had two cavities filled on June 1st. I was impressed with the way you calmly and positively talked him through the process prior to starting the procedure. My husband and I appreciate you being realistic with him about how he is accountable for preventing future cavities. Kaitlyn's kind disposition made him feel more comfortable, and I can see that she takes pride in doing her job well, too. We do not plan to have any more cavities in our family - it's a new rule around here. :) I do anticipate, however, that we'll need plenty of dental care in the future. I remember my own parents trying out a few dentists on me and my younger siblings when we were kids. It took a while to find a good one. We feel very fortunate that our family has a dentist we can trust to not only take good care of all of our teeth right now, but also someone who will help our children develop good dental habits that will lead to healthy teeth for years to come.
