A repeat person was important to my wife. On their first visit for the deep cleaning the woman that came spent 7 hours here. When I went to pay I noticed all of our hardwood floors had dried soap streaks across them. I pointed this out and explained you shouldn't put soap on wood floors. She said she would go back over them. What she did was put plain water in her bucket but used the same mop which still had soap in it. I spent the next day trying to buff out the dried soap. There were places that were not dusted as well so we will move onto another service. No follow up email, no offer to fix issue. As indicated above soap was used before I noticed the floors and no prior discussion was had on how to clean them.

After that, I was scheduled for service every two weeks, but the cleaner was constantly delayed and I never knew what day she was coming. I contacted them to ask for a schedule and was told they would check and get back to me, but they never did. I followed up again and still received no response. The lack of communication, reliability, and follow-through was very disappointing.
