I had the most wonderful experience here! I'm from out of town and my tire shredded on the freeway. I called them and they quoted me a very reasonable price for a new tire. A bit pricey, but reliable service. Staff isn't too friendly, but I want a working car, not great bedside manner.

So I don't usually do these google reviews, because frankly we are all humans and make mistakes... Sadly, this one is too bad for me to not make public to hopefully help other people make a valid decision on who to trust their cars with. Our family has used this company for a few years now and heard only great things. The mom/receptionist at the front desk was AWFUL! We took our Jeep there to simply swap the tires out, and when we called to check to see if it was ready(at the time they told us it would be ready by) the mom reacted to us like we had done something wrong instantly, when all we were simply doing was checking on the jeep. She instantly told us that "you will have to get it towed", or "it won't start," and when we asked the logical question of "why?" her answer - "I am in the dark here". When we requested to speak with the person actually working on the car itself to give us some insight, she told us NO! I'm sorry.. we have a very expensive car with you for 5 hours to simply put on new tires, you tell us it isn't starting now, and that we have to have it towed away (which by the way would have been all the way to Columbia- and she showed no indication that they were going to pay for that as it would have been on them to do so)... and this is our fault? ... and on top of all of this, you won't let us talk with the person who actually knows what they are talking about so we can clarify what is going wrong with OUR CAR?!? How it ended was my father in law went out that day to check in on the car for us since we don't live there. He was informed by the woman at the front desk, that she sent the mechanic home early, and closed up shop early (which she made it seem like it was our cars fault they did so from what I am told). So my husband drove out there the next morning first thing to handle the situation. Once he finally got pass the grumpy lady (which she was still not pleasant after a nights sleep and time to calm down), to speak with someone who actually had a good head on their shoulders. He informed us he didn't have the right things to work on a 2021 model. Which by the way, they promised us from the beginning that they could - but guess who made this promise? That's right.. the same grumpy old lady who clearly has no clue what she is talking about. So! We are currently having to take our car to someone in Columbia now to make sure nothing is broken/wrong with the car based on how she reacted, and what she said to us. To the guy who worked on the car - you were pleasant and straightforward. We do appreciate you - but from one business owner to the next, you need to get that woman away from your phones and customers and into a different position that maybe she can prosper at respectfully. Because frankly, this could have gone a lot worse if we would have had to pay to get that car towed away from your lot to another mechanic for a simple tire change. Complications, those.. we can understand if verbalized and communicated appropriately, the disrespect for nothing but giving you money and business... that we couldn't let pass by. read more

These folks were awesome! I had a trailer tire go flat on I70. Went to there shop and they quickly got my tire fixed, mounted the spare and sent me in my way. All for $25. The BEST!! read more

I was there last about 3 years ago, they overcharged for a used engine for my car, after I did checking later, that was my fault. But after that they left something unplugged that was called a knock sensor, i think thats what the other shop i was having my tires replaced at said it was, anyway with that unplugged i didnt know my engine had trouble bad enough to even get it checked out, because when thats unplugged it wont send info to your cars info and light system and then my engine went out right after cheap not very long warranty and they wouldnt honor and i couldnt sue because other place where i had my tires done didnt want to get involved.
