My left front tire had a very slow leak and I was driving cross country. The employees at this place found a very small piece of metal in my tire and removed it. I was done in 15 minutes, the fee was very reasonable, and I didn't have to wait. Also, there is free WiFi in the waiting room. GAPS is a great auto repair shop. I've dealt with them for many repairs on my 2004 Cadillac Seville from 2009-2010. when I lived in Boonville with my wife and mother-in-law. The owner and shop tech's were very knowledgeable and quick, very friendly. They on average saved us about half the charge for parts and labor from the GM dealer in Boonville. read more

I called and asked if they had time to look at my car, they said yes bring it down. We were at the shop no more than 10 min when they came back and told us it would cost $550-600. We told them we would have to think about that, considering it is an older car. Decided we could fix it for $150 we went to get the car and they made us pay $84! That was only for looking at my car!! I was told the owner was on vacation and to call back in 2 wks, talked to her, apparently she was told we were there for 2 hrs! They lie, and way over charge!! Will never use them again! read more

This is the second time in about 4 years I have had Gus at Gaps work on my old boat motor. He is the "BEST". He fixed me up in quick order, didn't over charge me, and as before, told me the problem, showed me the old broken parts, and took the time to explain the issue. My old out board is to the age where some places won't even look at it, but Gus never has turned me away, and I really appreciate that, since my old 50 hp Mercury is a 1970 model. Now, I'm ready to hit the water again and that old Merc is up and running like new.
