Well, unlike LG, Dimitry did not let us down. He thoughtfully assessed the space that was left when our old broken microwave was taken down and assured us that, no matter what, he would have a solution on how to mount our new microwave. He was right! And, contrary to what the LG installers insisted, it did NOT involve drilling into our tile backsplash as that wasn't necessary. He was very reasonable in price, and most of all very courteous and hard working. He and his crew accommodated us and worked through long hours and weekend to get the job done to our satisfaction. He even offered to paint 2 of the bedrooms and did a good job on that. Since then we assigned him subsequent jobs of changing a corroded hot water pipe for our tankless water heater, as well as install 3 outdoor sockets in the frontyard, backyard and pool area. All of which were very satisfactorily done! Extremely pleased with his service and would highly recommend. Very versatile and handy!
