Honestly not sure how this place is still open. I am always on time with my appointments but they of course over book and understaffed. Then cancel my appointment after waiting for 45 minutes. This is why I pay insurance for. How sad. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. This is the only place within a 100 mile radius that accepts my insurance and I would rather pay full price than have to go back here! First dentist did not get the entire cavity of FOUR fillings so the cavities continued to grow under new filling. They are the absolute most disrespectful place of YOUR time I have ever been too! From waiting for an hour before being called back, to a 2.5hr appointment for only 30 mins worth of work! They literally drilled a hole and left me there with mouth propped open while they went next door to pull a girls tooth! If you have another option, DO NOT GO HERE! read more

We made an appointment to have a cavity checked so the dentist determined it needed attention ASAP we waited over an hour for service the dentist ran back and forth with other patients and decided I should come back at another time to get my work done Instead because she had more patients waiting. The have a dentist factory slaughter house going on here. Be careful what you get done here if anything at all. read more

I drove from Lubbock Texas because my brother had an appointment at 12PM. We arrived at 11:34AM checked in knowing we were early. 12PM comes and goes at least 2 to 3 individuals were called well after 12PM. I went to the front desk at 12:30PM to ask if it was a hold up or were we checked in correctly. The ABSOLUTELY rude front desk chunky blonde highlights lady quickly and shortly says yeah and nothing else. We were finally called back at 12:43PM. The hygienist grabbed me a chair for me to sit with my brother so that I could advocate for him. Shortly after olive green scrubs lady comes in and proceeds to tell me I cannot be in the room because my brother isn't under 18. Long story short he needs me to set up appointments and let hospital or clinic staff know important information about him. This place is worst than the last time I was forced to come. It would've been nice to have been informed the schedule was running behind. It's very difficult to keep my autistic brother entertained and calm when he is unfamiliar with his environment. You'd think that would be common courtesy to let someone know the appointments are or were running late. read more

Worst place. I do not recommend they don't know how to measure my mouth for my braces so I've had the insurance tell me they're not measuring me right so to get measured again I've gotten measured many times since I was in the 7th grade and now I'm in the 9th grade and I still have no braces. They make appointments with me and when I show up they have no idea what I'm talking about and make another one. Worst service ever. And worse... the assistants flirt with the orthodontist while working on me. Very awkward for me and uncomfortable. read more

I'm tired of getting the run around for my refund owed to me for services that were not provided. yall wanted your money up front (over $350.00) and I paid it but now you don't want to give it back to me. you have told me TWICE that I could go in office and get my money and TWICE I have been told NO!!! we don't issue in office refunds. and TWICE I have been told ill receive a check in the mail in 2-3 weeks! I paid originally in October 2019 and now we are at the end of march 2020!! so where in the hell is my check. I have left message after message. Worse place ever came in with a water an was told I could couldn't have my water. Clearly there was other people in the waiting room with drinks. Staff was very rude with a bad attitude about my water. I wouldn't recommend this place to have dental work have also sat here for over an hour and half waiting on orthopedic. read more

Had to come back two times now. The lab supposedly messed up crown , was told two week wait..took three! Then after installing crown , it was defective. So had to rebuild, renumb etc., then was told if I PAY an extra $20, that they would overnight crown in 7 days. I Feel THEY SHOULDA GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME...but will see after this visit. Went to this dental office today for the first time. Booked the cleaning appointment and was told it would take about 30 minutes for the cleaning and dentist exam. Arrived on time, gave the office receptionist my insurance card and other requested info. 45 minutes later they told me the corporate office had approved my insurance. I was seated in an exam room and waited roughly another 40 minutes, still no exam. I left and did not reschedule the cleaning. If I had been informed of verification being needed I would have taken care of it by phone or dropped by the office ahead of the appointment. For working people this creates a hardship. It is a waste of my time and a loss of a patient for them. read more

Horrible! Had to completely redo our braces and pay twice! The orthodontist was impersonal, difficult to understand, and appeared to make critical decisions on the fly. My daughter received a jaw expander and was told not to use it. Several months later, he said to stop using it (we never had), that the space had been created. After that red flag, we noticed the mouth mirror was kept in his shirt pocket and appeared to not be sanitized between patients. My daughter contracted a massive case of strep immediately following an appointment. She was recommended for oral surgery, but he had to ask the next time if he recommended it. All fears were confirmed when we transferred. No surgery or jaw expander was needed. Too much space had been created and the front teeth had been forced too far forward due to the orthodontic work. We had more problems than before we started. All braces will be removed and we will start over with a new orthodontist. read more

We're new in town and made appointments here based on the Google reviews. We were told to be there today at 12:30 (a few minutes early to fill out paperwork) for our appts (2 family members). The lady at the desk was very sweet and friendly. She informed me that they were running behind and if I wanted, to come back at 2pm so we wouldn't have to wait. I agreed and we left and went back at 1:50pm. The girl that was there was no longer at the desk so I informed another woman that we had 12:30 appts but told to come back at 2 so we wouldn't have to wait. I asked if we needed to sign back in and she said no. All of the people waiting had not been there previously so I figured we'd go back soon. At 2:30, a 35 minute wait and 3 other patients being called back, I asked the lady at the desk how much longer. She said 1 more in front of us, which basically meant she'd put us at the end of the current list instead of where we were in line before. A lady came in off the street, filled in paperwork, and then was called back before us. At that time I decided to leave. It makes me wonder if the Google reviews are all real considering they are offering to draw people's names for $25 if you leave a review. We had a wasted day off and the cost of 2 trips of diesel to be treated as if our time didn't matter. read more

Dr. Simpson and his assistant were both great with my kids. My son had to have a tooth removed and Dr. Simpson completed task quickly. My son dislikes the dentist, but his visit turned out ok today. read more
