AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I cannot stress enough how terrible my visit to "Dr. Tsai" was. I went seeking…read morerelief for neck and back pain, but instead, I left in worse condition! Dr. Tsai insisted on treating "organ blockages" on my 1st visit versus addressing my actual pain areas. This involved inserting a needle into my right arm, hooked to a vibrating machine that was extremely uncomfortable. After setting this up, he left the room for 40 minutes! I was left lying there, anxious & in discomfort. When he finally returned, he was on his cell phone--yes, on a call--while removing the needles! Since that visit, my right arm has been in SEVERE pain for two days and counting. It feels like nerve damage. The Red Flags Don't Stop There: Beware of the "detox machine" he pushes and the amount of treatments he recommends selling you. (Google "Foot Detox SCAM." Note: The foot bath uses an electric current to create a chemical reaction that turns the water brown, but this happens regardless of whether feet are in the water. And, he charges $130 for this.) "Dr. Tsai" also double talks a lot and doesn't explain things well. He is vague and confusing and doesn't provide real clarity on what he's doing. The only positive was the kind front desk staff/team, but they can't make up for Dr. Tsai's questionable practices and the pain I am in. Bottom line: This was not just ineffective--it was harmful. If you value your health, your time, and your money, stay far away from Dr. Tsai. (Note: I use to see an acupuncturist many years ago & NEVER had these issues. However, they retired which is why I was seeking someone new.) In short, don't make the same mistake I did. Find another acupuncturist.

Both do a fantastic job aligning your vertebrae to release pressure that has built up on your nerves. For me, the issue is my neck and lower back. My treatment plan consists of a 40 minute problem area massage with a massage therapist working with the soft tissues in my back and neck to achieve pain relief. The massage is not as thorough as others I've had at other offices. Next, is the quick stretch and about 20 minutes or so of electrotherapy with a therapist. Lastly is the manual adjustment with the doctor. The staff is friendly. Nice seating area with TV's and magazines. They also have complimentary coffee. The office is big with many treatment rooms. At times, you are sharing the room with another patient. I understand that they are a busy practice but the bathroom needs paint and some cleaning. I have been very happy with the latest treatment I received from Dr. Cherry. He always has time to check in on how you feel, how the last treatment worked and to address and discuss any concerns you may have. He is a great listener and has impeccable bedside manner.

He has 2 licensed massage therapist with fingers of love who do an exceptional job at relaxing and breaking down muscle and neck tension. The nice soothing music always helps. The building is under renovation so don't be alarmed at its raw bones exposed. FYI I always thought that chiropractic services were expensive but it's very affordable whether you're paying with insurance or not. He will give you immediate relief. My husband suffers from extreme back challenges. He has had two surgeries. This is absolutely the ONLY thing that gives him relief. They are a blessing! His beautiful wife is at the front desk, and they work as a seamless team to make it a very positive experience there. We drive 45 miles (over an hour from the Redlands area of Miam) to Sunrise for his magical treatment. I believe he also has another location in Delray Beach. One of our close friends was bragging about their acupuncturist. I said that ours was better... Lol I asked his name. He said Dr. Du! Lol So I believe he has a second location for north from Sunrise. Being treated by him for over a year was amazing & was part of my self-care Thursday's. He treated me for migraines, was working on my severe insomnia, bronchitis, & hot flashes due to Menopause. First things first, the hot flashes. Oy! In SoFL, I thought I was dying, it was so bad! Seriously, 6 months of acupuncture coupled with a supplement from him & now, the only time I have hot flashes is when I eat something I'm not supposed to. It's been glorious & I'm so grateful to him for relieving me of those horrendous hot flashes. Second, I saw him for bronchitis & I'm honestly sad I didn't see him for it earlier. I don't know why but I just didn't think about it. But I had been through 2 rounds of antibiotics & steroids & was heading towards a 3rd round. I saw him & in 2 sessions, it was ALL cleared up. I could have saved so much time, money, aggravation, & time off from work. Third, we were working on migraines & it was definitely helping. It wasn't me, but a co-worker who was treated for Bells Palsy & had marvelous results & decreased the amount of time he was affected by it. I love his personality and he asks a lot of questions during the consultation. He asked me for my bloodwork info and after looking at it, although things weren't flagged red by my PCP, he identified the root of my symptoms after reviewing the results. We have a few issues to work on but so far one of my issues has basically become obsolete after a month of following protocol with supplements , diet and acupuncture. We are tacking the remaining 2 and I hope to edit this post after my follow up in September with more positive results. The front desk receptionists are amazing too.

I was using carts in stores in order to walk around for long periods of time. After a couple sessions I was able to walk around without needing the assistance of a cart. The massage therapists are great! Right now Dario is my fave! He definitely pays close attention and he's able to release the tension/pain in the areas that you need him to.
