I had found the matching stain on ebay and Michael was willing to work with it. His price was reasonable and he was very committed to 'getting it right', which he did. The furniture came out beautifully, and we have lovely new-looking pieces that are actually quite vintage. The process took quite a while, but we were not in a hurry so there was no pressure on him from us. For a low additional charge, he and his dad delivered it and picked it up, which was a big help to us. All in all a very pleasant experience, and I would most certainly use them again, in fact we are looking for another piece right now for him to transform.
