My review is for Walmart online delivery. I was craving homemade pho and Vietnamese coffee, and…read moresince both are easy to make with the right ingredients, I decided to look online rather than make a trip to the store. I came across two products that have become staples for me: Harvest 2000 Vietnamese Pho Broth Base Mix and Too Strong Vietnamese Robusta Ground Coffee Dark Roast. The pho turned out every bit as good, if not better than what I've had at many restaurants. The coffee was also impressively authentic and tasted very similar to what you'd get at a coffee café. All I had to do was add condensed milk, and it was perfect. I only wish Walmart carried both products in-store, but until then, I'm happy to take advantage of the fast and convenient one day home delivery.

I would give it a zero if I could. Worst Walmart I've ever been in, in 8 states!!! I have a…read morehandicapped daughter who just moved to that area. I send her food because she can't shop for herself. I've had 2 orders canceled for no reason, one delivered to the wrong address, and another that I paid extra to get there in 3 hours or less never delivered. All in the last two weeks! I went into that store once. I'll never go back. The employees were unbelievably rude. It is a store that presents itself as tho you're are bothering them to be there. They are out of half the stock. The ppl who work there stand there talking about nothing, while you stand there waiting, then they rudely ask what you want. Not "how can I help you" or " what can I do for you" but " what you want". Wow!! Walmart as a whole is an awful organization that cares nothing about their customers. In January my online Walmart account was hacked, unauthorized orders were placed up to over $1000. No other retailer or anywhere else I shop was touched. I spent 10 hours on the phone trying to get back the Walmart gift card the thieves stole, and trying to get them to refund the orders. They never did. All my banks and credit cards gave back the funds. Only Walmart did not. They kept my $100. I'm a retiree without a spouse who is trying to support a handicapped child on my Social Security. And even though Walmart knew they were hacked, they were the only ones who wouldn't give back my money. So, screw Walmart!!!! I am shopping st Kroger and paying the higher prices now. It's worth it.

The store was clean, organized and everyone on staff that I spoke with was friendly, accommodating and did a great job. The moment I walked in, I was greeted. Because this isn't my Marshall's, I wasn't sure where some items were. I stopped to ask a woman and she was so sweet in her response, directed me exactly where to go and asked if I needed anything else. I made a quick pit stop and the bathrooms were ok, as far as a Marshall's bathroom goes - I certainly didn't feel like I needed to run home and bathe afterwards. This Marshall's is much bigger than my usual one in Austin and had so many great items! I found everything I needed, grabbed my purchases and headed to the counter to check out. The woman that rang up my items was very sweet. I think this store is doing a great job and I have no complaints other than the bathrooms need a little TLC, but you don't really come to Marshall's to go potty, ok?

The customer service is the absolute worst! Today, dropped in looking for some work out clothes…read more Ended up finding what I needed, around $300 which goes a long way at Marshall's. Got to the Register and the lady ringing up the order just took the items off the hanger and wadded it up and put it in the bag. I asked her if I could just leave everything on hangers and she was like No and it was at that point I asked her if she would please fold the clothes neatly vs wadding them up. I was pleasant in the request but my RBF said it all. She thought I was rude. Frustrating!

Although, this mall has been rebranded as La Gran Plaza, I have many fond memories when it was Fort…read moreWorth Town Center. One area that remains the same is the area surrounding the movie theater. I remember my first theater experience here watching the motion picture Aladdin. I'm glad the mall remains open and has kept some of its original charm. Sadly, many malls are having a hard time staying afloat. During my two hour visit, I experienced quite a bit. First I'll start with the least enjoyable parts. When I first walked in, I immediately noticed a woman at the lower-level sports bar and grill wearing a thong and a shirt. Not a short skirt, like her coworker only a thong. It's definitely not what I expected to see after returning for the first time in five years. She quickly moved out of view when she noticed my reaction, but it still left a strong first impression. As I headed up the escalator, I was approached by staff from La Perla handing out menus and trying to guide me into their restaurant. The same thing happened as I walked through the food court. I wouldn't call it a bad experience, but it did feel a bit overwhelming as my first encounter upon entering the upper-level of the mall. From my experience working in a mall, I've noticed food court staff often offer samples, which I think is a more inviting way to attract customers. A small taste can go a long way, when a restaurant wants to acquire new customers and grow their clientele. I read reviews regarding the food court establishments beforehand, and many mentioned rude service, overpriced and subpar food. It would have been nice to try good authentic Mexican cuisine rather than the usual Tex-Mex I tend to eat. I did stop by Mr. Churro, where I enjoyed a cup of ice cream fully loaded with toppings of my choice. Next, while shopping at Burlington and Ross, I noticed loss prevention stationed at the entrances. Having my bag checked and showing my receipt felt a bit uncomfortable, but I understand it's become a common practice to prevent stealing. Another unexpected moment happened while I was shopping. A young toddler suddenly balled up his fist hitting my shopping bag like it was a punching bag. His mother told him to stop but didn't apologize. Later, I saw him hitting his mother repeatedly while she did nothing to correct the behavior, which was uncomfortable to witness. On a more positive note, I really enjoyed the vibrant cultural atmosphere of the plaza. The beautiful quinceañera dresses, crowns, bouquets, and accessories are stunning. The cowboy boots, hats, and western attire also stood out to me. There's a center stage for performances, a creatively designed Dino plaza, and several eye catching displays that make for great photo opportunities. Overall, I had a great time and would come back on a weekday when it's less crowded to enjoy the many food court options and shops.
