I told her that I couldn't decide between two colors for my highlights, expecting her to offer her 'expert' opinion and instead she told that I'd better hurry up and decide because she wasn't going to wait all day. When she was coloring my hair, she spilled some of it on my shirt. When she noticed, she attempted to rectify my ruined shirt by squirting some water on me. Boo! It wasn't like I was late or she had other appointments to attend to because afterwards, she told me that my eyebrows looked really bad and would look so much better if she could wax them. Seriously. I got them waxed and she did a pretty good job on that so I upped their one star to two.
