I came here and they don't even want to speed up the process of the transaction on to get tablets they literally just had to scan my barcode and give me the tablets here in person that's what I requested and they said no that there's nothing they could do until I might have to drive all the way to Chicago but I wanted to tell this for the kids cuz this was one place that they had them in and they said no there's nothing they could do so I don't recomend this place read more

About half of the staff members are nice, and the other half are perpetually having a bad day, and seem angry to be there. Then there are the personal shoppers with their giant carts, either mowing you over or parking themselves in the way.. So much of the merchandise is now behind glass and there is never someone to open up the case. They are losing money with their own anti-theft policies. There is still a better selection than some other Walmart locations. read more

8/14/2020 This Walmart in Liberty, TX asked me to leave after I expressed concern over their employees not wearing masks properly. I had taken pictures for proof of several unmasked employees. When I spoke to a CSM about it, they said they would get the manager. When I showed the "manager" the pictures, she said they couldn't do anything about it. I walked away, and 5 minutes later...the "manager" had 3 police officers with her and they asked me to leave. Walmart's message to me is that paying customers, who are wearing their masks, cannot express their concern over employees who are not wearing theirs. So much for being a loyal customer at this store for 30 years! read more

Even for a Wal*Mart this place is terrible. Went one night to purchase a television. The lazy slackjawed yokels who were stealing oxygen in the Electronics Department couldn't have been less helpful. Apparently strolling into the back to see if they had an item in stock was too much like work for them and as a result they futzed around with a barely functioning SKU reader that kept giving them the wrong amounts. I finally found a slightly a larger model that they had available and purchased. As I was leaving I didn't receive a "Thanks for shopping at Wal*Mart" because that apparently would have taken time away from the BS party they were having. You guys are aware that return customers are how you get your paychecks, right? Crappy customer service. More loss prevention agents than sales staff (Hey LPAs, if I'm paying for the item that means that I'm not shoplifting it. You might want to review your how to manuals) More attention paid at the door when you are leaving than is paid to you when you are shopping. Didn't expect much from Liberty. Received even less. I would suggest driving to Beaumont or Humble which are nearly equidistant from that location and shopping there. read more

I was rolling through town and needed a couple of items at Walmart and I was very pleased to see this location's common sense approach to the current mask issue in regard to the overreaction to the latest new strain of flu. We should all do our part to help transition those who are too afraid NOT to wear a mask to get used to seeing people in public without masks. If most people would do their own research they would find masks only provide a false sense of security as well as inhibit your immune system. Wear a mask if you like. I just left there I didn't know that Walmart close at 11 I talked to one of the associates outside and he said that they were still open I was just running in to get money out of the bank i went in the door this man came running at me screaming we're closed at first it startled me I did nothing rude hadn't said anything it was no big deal I didn't have to go into Walmart but I cannot believe this is the second time I've been there in a month both times I've been treated badly the first time the woman told me I was buying too much stuff and that she was supposed to been off a hour ago and I told her I'm sorry I can get another line and she was throwing my stuff around and I was like meme please don't break any of my things and and that's when she proceeded to tell me that I had too much stuff and it must be nice then I told her ma'am I work hard for my money I work 15 hours a day not that any of your business I don't understand why is associate there are so rude and unpleasant read more

The only reason this store gets 1 star is because I have to give it a star! I've never in all my years shopped at such a horrible store! All the employees and the store manager are hateful and think that just because this is the only store within 45 minutes they can treat customers however they feel! I wish I could boycott this store or wished Walmart would get this store a new manager that cared about the locals that have to shop here!! Again, horrible service and horrible store! read more
