I never left the store with a bad of ice cream for a family member birthday party only to learn the family member is lactose intolerant, never left the store and asked to return the ice cream to replace it with other items from the same store and they refused saying they will not accept any returns while not having any such policy posted. They scam their own customers. And when I declared for them to do their job correctly and post the "no return " policy they claimed they have done there job and will not post it. So... whoever is behind the scenes there doesn't care about the illegality of there policy. Only about taking the citizens money. All items there are final sale once paid for.
