I decided that I wanted to be refunded for the tripod which was $25. and some change!! They wouldn't give me a refund, only a store credit!! I went into the store today to use my store credit to purchase some lashes, Nas was being very nasty and rude and accused me of using the store credit already, which I hadn't!!! I asked him if he was going to keep my money and the tripod, he goes on to say, I'm going to give you your tripod and we will no longer do business with you!!!! I told him to keep my money and the tripod and that no hood will come of him. I'm not a thief and I'm furious that I was being accuSex of being one. These people come to black neighborhoods and squeeze as much money as they can out of the black community. We keep your business open. One of my best friends introduced me to Fashion Yes when we were hanging out and I couldn't believe how much HAIR that they had. They also had other things too other than hair and hair products. The lady who owned it was friendly and spoke to me which is rare because a lot of hair store owners don't say a thing to their paying customers. The man went and got another worker and assisted me which was fast, since I needed help. I ended up buying Milky Way hair that was on this head mannequin. Plus most of their hair is on sale!! Due to not being able to try or touch things due to Covid. I highly recommend this place. I would also go back again!

This is a very new Five Below on Dixie Hwy and with that being said any store or place will be a little messy around Christmas time. The workers were on the floor picking up things that were out of place and putting them back as people were shopping. They have so much to choose from. Anything from small Christmas gifts for the office to stocking stuffers for the kids. Even with the name Five Below some things are $5 and up. I'd say it's still worth the time to stop in office gifts and stocking stuffers all in one stop what more could you ask for?

Although I am big on employees acknowledging a customer as soon as they walk in the door, once again I looked passed this vital and key element to customer service and continued to shop w/o a greeting. The store is really easy to navigate and considering all the other BCF's I've shopped at this store hands down is extremely clean. I was able to get out of the store w/ ease as my cashier Katie was very knowledgable about the products and geniunely interested in my overall shopping experience. I will definitely be returning for another great shopping experience. Perhaps someone will greet me the next time I walk in and then I can turn my 4 stars into 5!

One of the reasons why I took away 2 stars from my last visit. This location is in a shopping center in Valley Station, in where a Target store used to be. There is an abundance of parking available as well. I go in and of course go to the handbag section and of course there is very little selection. Also the shoes were disorganized and some were even in the middle of the floor. There were almost no employees around to assist if you needed to find anything. I go to the clothing section and there isn't much there either. I did find a shirt I like at a reasonable price and that's about it. Checking out wasn't much better either. You stand in a line and when you're up, the screen will instruct you on which register to go to. Out of 7 registers only 2 were open for the massive line that was behind me. After all this time I'm surprised corporate hasn't stepped in and made some changes. If they saw the way that store looked when I visited they would probably hire new management and get that store back to the way it was. Until then, I won't come back to a store with management that doesn't care about the place. I hate to be a negative Nancy but, I'm about keeping my fellow Yelpers informed.
