POS system crashes for extended period. Staff don't know how to address the problem or make alternate remedy. Managers aren't interested in service, but loss prevention - heaven forbid a paying customer has a problem. Go anywhere else, this business literally wanted to refuse payment.

I complained to a manager when first noticed and was informed they have routine store audits and she is confident shelf prices are accurate. I have not noticed an improvement. I routinely take a photo of the shelf price to share during checkout. Strange the price discrepancy is never in favor of the customer.
