People are always friendly when I go in here and I love that Ace Hardware is there too.

Pay close attention to prices. This store (and the adjoining ACE hardware) routinely charge a higher price at checkout without updating price info on the shelves. I complained to a manager when first noticed and was informed they have routine store audits and she is confident shelf prices are accurate. I have not noticed an improvement. I routinely take a photo of the shelf price to share during checkout. Strange the price discrepancy is never in favor of the customer. read more

Nothing special, nothing not special. Only Super Market in town. Shopped here for years, when I lived here and now when I'm in town. Staff is nice but the patrons are rude and discourteous. It seems like the attitude is, "Get out of my way or I will go through you." Well, I may be old, but I'm a Marine, and you aren't going through me!!!! Was in line yesterday and was waiting to check out when me and a few other customers noticed that one of the checkers attempted to double charge an customer after they had paid. The cashier acted as if she didn't know what she was doing . She had to go back and fix her mistake because people were looking at her attempted to double charge an customer. The customer was upset as the customer walked out . Customers don't go to the store just to be cheated by these guys unacceptable they should really he ashamed of theirselves.check your receipt after your purchase so they don't try to cheat or double charge you. read more

I really like this little market. They have $10 produce bag you can fill up with certain produce. The price of meat is better then Albertsons in Payette. The prices in general are very reasonable. I like driving over to Weiser from Payette and shopping there. BUT get the CHEESE CURDS BACK!!!!! read more

There meat is great! The store appears to be clean.. but the single bathroom is really bad. no paper/ no soap to wash your hands.. There is no customer service. No smiles, no help, no one knows anything or they don't want to be bothered, Parking lot is very small and congested due to it is the only store in town. The freezers and refrigerators are always broken. Yogurt and dairy are always out dated. It needs to relocate to meet the needs of it's and capacity. read more

Open 7am-11pm every day of the week. Good friendly service and decent prices with great deals on Fridays and occasional other times.

We have lived in Weiser for the past year and a half. We are used to shopping in Safeway stores in California. I must say there are some positive aspects of Ridley. We like the weekly sales. Some of the sale prices beat places like Walmart food stores. They have the bag of fruits and vegetables from a selection of specific choices. Great deal and some of the selections are quality produce. They also have the four packages of different meats for $20. This is a really "great" deal. Each of the packages that make up the 4 different meats are regularly priced at over 6 to 8 dollars each. Most of the employees are very helpful, but unlike Safeway, you have to ask for help. Safeway employees are instructed to ask you if you need help. After a while this becomes irritating. Overall they are doing a good job of filling a need for reasonably priced food, realistically friendly employees, and conveniently located store. read more

Worth the drive to Nampa to shop at Winco and Costco or Walmart in Ontario, Oregon. Ridley's, the only game in Weiser acts like it. Have they ever dusted shelves or cleaned the parking lot? Canned and packaged foods are dusty, the floor is not clean, foods are out-dated. Employees are rude and some checkers talk way too much, we overheard one going on and on about customers because they just used small shopping carts for way too much food. Customer service desk employee berated us when picking up a gift card because we left our ID in the car. We have yet to shop there when we were not over-charged on several items, how difficult is it to have the correct prices in the computer! Hoping another grocery store comes in soon. read more

I have been living in Weiser for some time now, I feel Ridley's is a bit overpriced; but what really made me stop shopping there was trying to turn in the awards points you get over time. I was never told where, when, how when I did turn in my points online; and at the store, nobody seemed to know anything, in fact I was almost laughed at at the department where I asked to use them. I learned I had to go to customer service finally, and when I picked up my coupon from customer service to use it, the department where I then went told me the coupon was expired, and the clerk/attendant acted like I was in the wrong. The manager over this expressed her concern; but it was so unnecessarily frustrating. That attitude of those clerks were bad. I have no desire to shop there every again; even driving to Ontario is a whole lot more of a desirable plan. I can find much better prices there and no crazy attitudes and confusion.
