Interesting building structure in this little furniture store. Anyone over 6'3'' beware, the ceilings will hit you on your way in. Never seen ceilings so low in a showroom before. Average everything, from the front to the back, absolutely nothing caught my eye. The mattresses happened to be brands we had already seen before, although I once again elected to lay on the $9,000 TempurPedic Cloud Lux (that I actually find rather uncomfortable). Floor staff were friendly enough, no pressure from anyone here. We just didn't stay very long.

They would not give me a store credit, would not replace it, would not do anything except come out and see if they could "fix" it. For $600 I don't want it fixed! Will never purchase anything at this business again, and definitely will not recommend it to any of my friends.

I was told by the store I could return within 90 days and it has 2 year warranty. Took back to store after a 6 weeks after driving 100 miles. Older women at return desk said can't return gas products after 30 days, but can return electric. She offered to give me a new unit that I couldn't return. Requested to speak with manager. Manager Dave told me same thing but he would call the manufacture and see what they say. Told Dave would take new unit, but now he refuses to do this. He refused to keep the one time used broken whacker. Felt the older return woman with all of her pins on her vest was not friendly and had to keep giving her my name about 10 times. Her and Dave kept asking me who said I could return the whacker and told them it was a young girl that was working returns like I would have remembered her name. I had a Samsung washing machine that randomly stopped working (wouldn't turn on).
