I visit this Deals store on occasion - usually to look for holiday decorations, candy and household…read morethings like rubber gloves. On my first visit, I came in to buy candy and ending up browsing. And during that initial visit, I appreciated how many items this store has to offer and how well it's laid out. The patrons and workers take care of this store. I don't know how long it's been open, but it doesn't have the "tired" feel of most discount stores. And it's neat. Things aren't all piled up on each other in any random area; each section is separate and where you would expect to find something it's usually there. I didn't initially think of Deals as a "dollar store" but there are a lot of things that are $1. If I had kids, I come here every other month or so, give them $10 and let them go crazy. And if I were just starting out and not sure of what I needed, I would come here to buy dinnerware, glasses, etc. The prices are comparable to (and in some cases lower than) Wal-Mart and Target, so why deal with the parking and long check out lines of a bigger store? I don't know if I would have ever gone into this store if I wasn't dealing with a "candy jones" but I'm glad I did. Now if I'm in the area, I'll go in and pick up a flyer to see what deals I can get, and I suppose that's the point. Yelp 100 #21

I looked this one up online and decided to go by and omg do I wish I had stayed home!! The bathrooms were deplorable and made me want to throwup, the floors were nasty and looked like they haven't been swept and mopped I'm years and they had the audacity to try and sell people merchandise in this place. This is my run up the street and pick up a few items shopping center…read more There is a Lowe's, which my daughter forbids me to shop in since she works for Home Depot. Target, Old Navy, Game Stop and Dollar Tree all sit near each other. Want Fried chicken, you can hit up Popeye's or JR Crickets. Currently they are building a RaceTrac gas staion. I'm interested in how they are going to compete with the BJ's gas that directly up the street. It probably won't be too bad since you won't have to have a membership and you can purchase a slushie there. Publix, Walgreens and a Super Warehouse liquor store all sit near each other. There's a Zaxby's and Movie Theather in that same area. DSW, LA Fitness and Bank of America share a parking lot with Jason's Deli. As you can see, this shopping center has it all. If you need to get the party started. Hop by the Party City store also. Traffic and get thick at certain times of the day. Especially in the after 5pm hour.
