I have no expectations at all when visiting dollars stores. They seem to have a big turn over in product and customer, so I'm sure it's extremely hard to keep products looking nice. When I visited this store in Crosby, the products were so well organized, the staff was extra friendly, and after purchasing nearly 200 items, a young man that worked there walked by and offered to help be take it to my car. It was a shopping trip that I was dreading because I had to go down every isle and usually stand in line with customers not wanting to wait for me to check out, but the nice lady cashier immediately got another cashier to help when she saw the amount of stuff that I had in my cart. What a wonderful place. Thank you for making my shopping experience easy and fun.

I ended up buying the vacume AND a smart tv. They don't disclose the complete detailed information about the warranty. The vacume didn't work AT ALL. Wouldn't even suck up a speck of dirt. I messaged Alissa and called the store within an hour after purchasing and explained I just wanted to exchange for a product that works. ALISSA provided horrible customer service and blocked me just for wanting an exchange. I ended up wasting time and money with this company and they obviously don't care if the customer is happy. I would NEVER go back to a dirty, dysfunctional, dusty pawn shop that indirectly steals your money and treats you like crap afterwards. Pawn shops are literally junk and this one is a perfect example.
