Horrible customer service. The employees don't acknowledge their customers and will have full blown conversations with each other. Although they require you to bring in your clothes in a box and not in bags, mine was thrown back into the box. I had new clothes and dry cleaned NAME BRAND clothes. Do not take your clothes there. They have no knowledge of style or name brand attire. You'll leave with your belongings damaged. read more

All 3 of the girls working had their masks on their chins. When we walked in, they didn't even bother to fix it. Someone even came in to purchase a mask, and one of the mask-less employees said "Oh you don't need a mask! Those are $6 anyway haha." .....we left immediately. Other than the employees being extremely ignorant in regards to the health & safety of their customers, you really don't get much for what you bring in to sell. I've brought in brand new clothes with tags that were bought this year, and they won't offer anything for it. read more

Great for a thrift shop and most of the clothes are genuinely cute. My experience with the customer service was fine the girl was nice. I dont know why the people in this comment section expect the employees to kiss the ground they walk on. You get a hi and you shop then you leave what else do you want from them.. read more

They have a wide variety of this here usually they roast most everything during the seasons change I do believe they overprice some things there is basically new staff seasonal lily so previous reviews should not apply since there are hardly ever too many of the same people here.. there have been poor staff in the past every other two mommy I've came to this location again new people so previous reviews shouldn't pay attention to. read more

I have alot of extra clothing and shoes and i sale my gently used items here for a decent price.

The trashiest store in Baytown. I would never buy my daughter clothes from there. 1. They are trashy. 2. They are ugly. 3. The workers are kids who have never been trained in fashion and have no clue what to buy from customers. 4. Platform shoes? Almost like a stripper type store?!? Sold here. As all may know, you dont get alot of money in exchange of your clothes even if its alot of name brand, but this specific location, i walked in and there was immediately a women waiting to be seen and i was waiting right beside her and u can tell she was just waiting for some service, mind you the store was not busy at all. No joke all 5 employees were laughing and cutting up in a group right in front of us without even minding us. I finally waved at them as in "are yall done" bc i was getting impatient bc i felt it was extremely rude that they seen us waiting to be seen and they had no care. Finally i just waved and someone whispered that we needed service so she finally did our exchange. So for customer service yes 1 star. First time there. I usually go to bay area for exchange but for closer purposes i thought id might check out the one on garth road. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I came with a HUGE bag full of clothes I barely even used and most likely wore ONLY once and they only took 16 pieces for 30 dollars. Not worth it. They didn't even take 10 minutes so I'm sure they didn't take the time to even look piece by piece. DONT COME HERE. read more

I normally come to plato's closet an drop of about a sack of clothes an get 30-50$ but this time i bring in two full trash bags an a laundry basket full of items like shoes , accessories , bags , purses and clothes an get " 11.20 " . it took over an hour an a half for 11.00$ this place is not worth it i recommend the plato's closet in bay brook read more

I've shopped here all summer for all my school clothes or clothes i need in general. This stores amazing between the events that they have or the point system their customers have it's really affordable prices ! throughout these few months i've shopped there i've noticed customers complained to the staff about money back, i feel the need to put out there people only get back 30% of the clothes that they take in. There also been situations with customers losing their temper at the staff simply for doing there job. the customers have no respect for the workers when i've literally seen people leave, shove, and break the clothing, hangers, etc. I wouldn't recommend reading reviews from the bitter customers that just don't comprehend how this establishment works ! the staff is cool, fashionable teens and grown woman that are good with feed back on items so i wouldn't take others advise cause this store really is a hit or miss. store open at 11 closes at 9 . i've also heard customers complain about closing, they close at 9 that gives the staff at least an hour to clean the Whole store and pick up what ever the customers left a mess on. Go in with an open mind and find all kinds of great stuff! I've got everything from gym clothes to going out clothes from this store. When you're on a budget but still want to be cute this is the place you want to visit. Everything is organized so that you can find items you are interested more quickly. The sales people are super nice every time I go. The employees DO talk amongst themselves, as one person mentioned, but if visiting is the type of thing that offends you, online shopping from your home may be a better option. These people are so polite that one of them even helped me with my car when the battery gave me an issue. read more
