I like this place. They have done some remodeling as of late. their prices arent as cheap as they used to be. On most things even Kroger and Wal Mart are cheaper. However it is the closest food place in this areas so I imagine that is why things are priced as they are. The lines are long so please do not go in a hurry! read more

I'm not sure if google has the correct information or not but I came to this family dollar because it was the nearest to me and I needed some milk for my kid. Unfortunately the doors were closed and locked by 9:24pm when the time on google says they close at 10pm. Unprofessional. read more

If I could select a ZERO I most certainly would. The manager here is extremely rude and unreasonable. I had to call corporate office to get issues resolved. I was in the store on hold with corporate while they call him. Final the Tommy (MGR) calls me (rudely) to the register (he's in the phone w/corporate) and asked which items did I want. I pointed them out and he tries to tell corporate he is only accepting one coupon but I had two (coupon seated max. 2 like coupons) I tried to say that to him and he waved his hand to shoosh me and said "OK, ok ma'am". All in all corporate made him give me items for both coupons. Then he whispered to the ladies working there to pull all the same items off the shelf, because he was not going to sell any more. I was still on hold with corporate during the whole ordeal. As I was leaving corporate came back to phone and asked if everything worked out, I told him yes, but the manager needs some customer service training. I also asked if it was appropriate that he pull the items off re shelf, he said no. All I know is I will never go to that family dollar again. read more
