I have always had great experiences in this store for the past 12 months. Associates are kind, helpful, and I seem to always go when they are really busy lol. I have purchased two bags this year, and dropped off one for "leather care" and they did an amazing job getting black stains out of my rolled leather drop handles and buffed my baby all up like new. Very happy and have learned that if you are only visiting COACH at Houston Galleria, you want to park in the BROWN garage. Trust me. In and out from the brown garage. The blue garage is asking to go insane circling and the paid lot over by Westheimer and Post Oak is the complete opposite end of the whole mall. Happy shopping! read more

How do you treat me like I'm stealing when you didn't even notify me that my online order was ready?! Why do I have to call you to get my online pickup order processed 3 HOURS AFTER it should've been ready?! Do NOT go here, i wont ever order pickup nor shop in person at this location ever again. The worst customer service I've received from coach ever. I'm a coach lover through and through and have been into plenty of their stores and 90% percent of them are lovely including the associates. This has to be a store in that 10% . Like other reviews say you will get treated poorly if they don't think you have money to spend in store. Came in with my aunt one week dressed normal and got treated like I was a bother in the store. No help, got weird looks, and when I asked for a style they simply said it wasn't in stock and weren't interested in finding me anything similar or seeing if any other stores had it. I literally heard one of the associates tell a young girl with her father that the bag she wanted was only at the outlet store, in a nasty tone, and did not lead them to similar styles in store or give any other help. Just dismissed this young lady because the bag she wanted was an outlet style. The next week I came in for my birthday, in my birthday outfit with one of my coach bags and the associates would not stop trying to make a sale... not concerned with what colors I liked or styles I wanted, just wanted to make a sale. Came in a year ago as well for a wallet that said was in store, online and had to repeatedly ask and show them it was in stock for them to finally pull it out the drawer. Overall I would direct your time and money into another coach store or coach.com . The associates here are simply rude and need to get off their high horses when they themselves probably can't shop in the store they work in. read more

Last week I needed to exchange a belt and I had THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NESHA (Anesha) at the Galleria Coach. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the employees that I encountered were welcoming, very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back to shop and I highly recommend this location. read more

Extremely unprofessional do not mistake friendliness with professionalism. Although they're really friendly they make mistakes like sending your online delivery to a different address and when Addressed they simply ignored you. $320 is what these people cost me I'm writing this in hope that I can prevent other people to go through what I had to deal with. We had the BEST experience in Coach! My boyfriend and I walked in and were immediately greeted by the nicest staff. Everyone took time to talk with us and offer assistance. The store was so clean and everyone had their masks on and made sure that we were comfortable. We got a chance to speak with Howard who was so sweet! We're not Houston locals so he gave us a ton of suggestions for things to do and places to eat while he helped us shop. We left with everything we wanted and then some. Terrible quality shoes and service. I bought a pair of boots that cost 425, and look gorgeous. Of course in Houston we don't have the weather to wear it at all times, so by the time it was weather appreciate I wore it for a handful of times and the buckle broke. Took it back for return or exchange they told me it was over a month. I said well then repair it. They would not repair it. Called customer service and the same message from them. They then agreed to charge me to repair it for a cost plus 30dollar shipment, I refused. Took to the local places to have it fixed and they didn't have the part. The estimate I got was anywhere from 30 to 80 dollars, so I reached out to coach and asked them to send the small buckle, and they refused. What a terrible service and product quality. My first interaction with shopping at Coach began on my 17th birthday. My daddy gave me beaucoup money to go shopping at the Galleria (still does) and I thought I was fancy, honey! I went in there and bought the most expensive bag that I could find! Fast forward a few years later and I still love Coach. Not as much as I use to, but I still will shop from time to time. Service here is good when I go in. I believe they work on commission- so they will try to make you spend that cash, girl. What sets Coach a part from other luxury brands is that it is still somewhat affordable. The handbags are usually a few hundred dollars. Now, that is still a lot of money, but there are many other luxury brands with price points starting at 10 grand or more. Just for a purse! So when you evaluate the price compared to other labels, you are better off when you spend your hard earned cash at Coach. So... Spend that money, honey! read more

Went here a few times, I really love the service and the staff. They greet you like a true customer. The people down the hall (i.e. LV) should take some etiquette lesson here. Last x-mas, i ordered items for pick-up...a real nice gentleman (forgot his name) wrapped them up all pretty... he also helped me chose more gifts for my habitual procrastinated Christmas list; even though the store was overrun by desperate last minute shoppers...he did not seems to lose his cool and get sassy like other folks (again, i.e..at LV store) The purse i bought, i used everyday and beat it up good. Amazing customer service. Not only did the saleswoman know exactly what to suggest when I told her the age of woman I was shopping for, she also suggested the perfect additives. I was greeted by every person in the store and the entire vibe was amazing. They also offered me a refreshment. I felt valued as a customer. Definitely would return. read more

One of my Coach purses that was about a year old and moderately used for 6 months or less had one of its handles start to rip. I went to the store at the Galleria, and they weren't overly friendly when helping me. When the sales associate was trying to get my information, she was very...blunt in her tone because she was having trouble looking me up despite the fact I was already in the system. She told me that she could send my purse off to "find out" if they could even fix it, but they had to charge me $22 to ship the purse. I asked that if the purse couldn't be fixed what would they do. She said that they would send it back in 4-6 weeks, but regardless, I would have to pay shipping. Considering what some of these purses cost, I can't believe they don't cover shipping especially when they can't even assure that I'm not going to be wasting my money to have them tell me that it can't be fixed. read more
