That's unprofessional and sort of made me feel like shit as well. Have people visible at the registers to ring up if you're just going to accuse people at the self checkout of stealing. She could very easily have waited for me to be finished and asked to see my receipt, instead of coming over and looking in the bag while I was still using the register. Is this really how you treat customers who are in your store multiple times a week? It's a dollar store, relax. I paid for the $6 bird feeder that you thought I was trying to steal.
