I have noticed that I "usually" have to pay attention to the price on the shelf vs. the checkout price. Just today, 4/18/26, I bought Mrs. Fisher's potato chips. Price on the shelf: $3.99. (GREAT DEAL - Which is specifically why I BOUGHT THEM). Price at checkout: $4.69. Customer Service was very nice (Symone). Went to check pricing, came back and said: That's for the smaller bag. My reply: Well, THIS size (1.5lb) is sitting behind the $3.99 tag. She gave me a DOLLAR back immediately. I made $.30. No need to get heated, she was wonderful, so big deal, right? My issue is NOT with her. NO. This is my most recent experience. It's happened before, and I always get a bit more in refund than what's truly the difference. Other grocery stores are farther away and not as cheap as this. Also more products here are local. That's a good reason to choose here instead of there. Has quite a lot packed into this kind of small market. It's located on Oak Street at Sixth Street. We have gone to Sentry for years and have a child with a severe disability. We never feel welcomed, getting stares by several employees and also recently being followed up and down the aisles by and older woman employee and most recently by Blake Daniels. Blake followed my family for so long that it made both of my daughters significantly uncomfortable. It is CLEAR that they do not care about physically and neuro-diverse people and have no willingness to accept and accommodate them. And when I sent a few emails directly to Bill, I NEVER received a response. You have to be a horrible person to discriminate against anyone overall but it takes a specific type of terrible to do it to a child. I will not shop here anymore nor will any of my family.
