We went to Darr yesterday for a "tune up" on her hearing aids as she was having trouble distinguishing words. We got there a bit early, before they opened, and were at the door when the receptionist came to the door and let us in so my mother could sit down. As we waited for service, the receptionist (sorry, I don't know her name) talked with us for about 5 minutes which helped us pass the time. Brooke came to get us. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've been around Brooke. Every time she has been very professional and helpful. My mother is quite elderly. Brooke took great care of my mother, cleaned her ears and hearing aids before calibrating the hearing aids and getting my mother back to where she could hear with clarity. My mother was so happy with the work Brooke did! I would recommend Darr to anyone. They've been around a long time and know what they're doing with regards to hearing loss.
