Amanda, the technician who did my original screening and fitting was so thorough and helpful and teaching what was going on and what changes would occur in the future. I felt excited to address the issue early rather than wait. I felt no pressure whatsoever from Amanda. When I had a few minor issues with getting things adjusted at first, I realized I chose the right people to work with. They didn't just say hear you go and then vaporize. I was ushered into an office with a Sharkey professional and shown some really good hearing aids. However, the price is very high. Subsequently, I complained about the price and was told that they would research less expensive units and they would notify me when they had news. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from them. I am looking for care elsewhere.

I did appreciate they had a hearing test area and I was able to get a test during my appointment and didn't have to go somewhere else it come back. Ann helped me with this and was very kind and helpful. They do have a couple of other locations as well Coon Rapids and St Louis Park. I was able to get into the Maple Grove location in a timely matter. I would highly recommend this clinic to try to get to the bottom of issues they really seem to know what's going on. Thank you

He said he would do my surgery and my health insurance company was being difficult. His decision was to send me a certified letter dropping me from his care. I was extremely disappointed and confused. The surgery I needed wasn't a surgery that could keep waiting. I thought I could trust him to do the right thing and in all my over 50's years I had never had this happen. The same day the insurance company asked more questions, he had a letter written up and sent certified mail. It would have been simple. "It's medically necessary " because it is. I have to start all over now and the pain will stay there until I find a surgeon that is trained on Inspire. What happened to "do no harm". He has done me a great deal of harm by doing this. I trusted him.
