I shop here often for my RC aircraft building needs. Billy and Cindy have always been kind, polite, and patient with me and my requests. They have made my wife and son feel at home and like we are part of the family every time we go in. If they have time they will even play with my toddler while I run around the store grabbing what I need. Billy and Cindy always recognize every person that walks through their door and attempt to ask them if they need anything. They aren't out to take your money, I have witnessed them tell people multiple times of different or cheaper items that may make their project better. This is a true demonstration of character as well as a demonstration of their background knowledge of what their business is all about. Another plus, they will put out any sale that is online for the products they carry in- store. Some shops I've gone to will not do this unless asked. Will always shop here! read more

LOVE this store! We have been going for a few years now and love the atmosphere. We appreciate that they offer used and new stuff. Billy has so much knowledge to answer all of our questions. Billy and Family are awesome to work with. If they don't have what you need they can get it to you in a timely manner. I stopped by and picked up some Lopo connectors and a new receiver for my planes. Very knowledgeable business plus they have a flight simulator for RC planes and helicopters! Family hobbies is a awsome store to go to. I drive an hour (one way) to get a part that i need. If they don't have it in stock they will order it for you and the part will be there in less then a week and the owners know the regular customers by name. If anybody that goes there know the owners and they friendly as can be (including there dog). read more
