Your ER staff was very dismissive of my claim. They did an ultrasound, looking for blood clots, then sent me home because there were none. They did not even consider any other possibilities. The PAIN was excruciating and the diagnosis of cellulitis was very real. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!! From now on, I will be going to UAMS so I can be taken seriously.

They made a scheduling error, charged me an incorrect copay, and threatened to call the police when I asked for a refund. An honest apology for the mistake & correcting it would have been enough but instead the office manager threatened me with calling the police saying I "verbally abused a healthcare professional". I didn't realize advocating for myself was verbal abuse. The doctor corrected it and refunded me, but the staffs behavior was completely unacceptable. To top it all off, they couldn't provide me with my last lab work done 6 months ago because they were having issues "logging into their account" & didn't show that I even came in 6 months ago in their systems. I had to provide them a receipt to show that I did come in and had my labs done. So who knows if my blood work that I was charged for 6 months ago was even seen/looked at by the doctor. I will not be back!

He is by far the worst and most incompetent physician I've ever encountered in my entire life. In my opinion he should not be practicing medicine at all. Every experience I had at this place was absolutely horrible, and every prescription refill that I ever got from him was at least a week late. There is a front desk person that is even worse that works there. Do not go to this doctor and you will thank me later. I don't see how they're in business. Hopefully they won't be much longer.

Recently, I've started get bill from things I had two years ago. They couldn't figure out what a procedure costs within the first couple of years? It's more of what's wrong with health care in general. They are aggressive about collecting it too. Very aggressive. It is mind boggling. I'll pay it because I have the money and they'll just take me to court. It's only a few hundred dollars, but it's the principle of the thing that gets me. Two years to decide to send me another bill.
