I was seen by Dr. Anderson... He didn't seem interested in my situation.. he walked in, said my test results looked good and I didn't need to see him.. didn't ask any questions, didn't get within 6' of me . Yeh yeh, covid I know.... He was recommended to me from my PCP.. I have been to a urologist before, THIS visit did not in anyway compare to my previous visits to other doctors . I won't be returning, and judging from the evaluation and treatment I got from Dr. Anderson, he won't care about that either. I do hope that the folks coming here that have or potentially have a serious problem get better care.

They say they will only fill prescriptions requested by the pharmacy. So, I had Walgreens send a request before I was out, never heard back. Had them send two more with no response. Called the office today at one, explained the situation and was told "no problem, I'll pass it on to the nurse." Decided to follow up real quick at about 4:40 just in case. When I finally spoke to someone I was told they wouldn't refill it because it had been over three months since I have been seen there. Mind you, I would have happily scheduled an appointment before I ran out had I been relayed this information. So instead of making a phone call anytime in the last 3 weeks to let me know, it took me calling. Missing thyroid meds is I guess kinda a big deal, I asked if they could just call in a week's worth till I could get in and they couldn't. I've been with the practice (as central Florida internists) for over 14 years and have been on these same meds for years. I'm not gonna lie, I kinda flipped out... I called another doctor I've seen and asked if I had my records sent over if he would take care of it from here on out and was told absolutely. I called Cano back and was told they wouldn't transfer my records without a request from the other Dr. I asked if I could get them in person and was told yes, but they close at 5. It was 4:55 and I was at the 192/Vermont light. They were obviously closed when I got there knowing damn well I needed these records and really needed the prescription. I was disappointed when Dr. Shah left, I will not be returning after this.

Lady told me to call my insurance and so I did. When the insurance tried to call her to explain my benefits and tell her that I had a $0 copay, she wanted to ignore the call as I'm sitting right in front of her with the insurance on hold because she knows she's wrong. When I told her she can hear the phone ringing and to stop ignoring it, she turns around and says she's in a "meeting" when I was standing there the whole time. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

The reason I went here because it's close to my new address and I totally regret wasting my time with them. I went for a physical visit on 8/10/2020 at the Osceola Woman's & Family Medicine Specialists located at 618 13th St A, St Cloud, FL 34769. After the consultation, they were charging me $100 where it clearly states on my insurance card my only responsibility is $15. I called my insurance provider Cigna and they call the Dr. office to let them know my only responsibility is $15. I ask for paperwork and at the front desk, Margarita said that she's so busy and they will (snail mail) me all my paperwork? After that, they say that they sent my prescription order and lab work, but they didn't send my prescription to my local CVS St. Cloud and when I went to Quest Diagnostics St. Cloud for my blood work on 8/19, they didn't send my lab works either. I was in pain from 8/10-8/19 as they prevent me to get my Albuterol and I was wheezing every night and can't sleep. The promised snail mail never came in, so I called the office on 8/19 and spoke to Mary Medina the office manager, and was very rude and unprofessional to me and her excuse was the mail got lost? everything is electronic now and they can send me an email about my appointment, but they have to snail mail me my paperwork? it doesn't make sense to me? After the call on 8/19, I called my credit card company to pull the payment because they didn't finish the service that I paid for as Mary Media doesn't want to listen to me and just being rude and unprofessional towards me. She keeps saying I'm not going to argue with you, so I say to her that I'm not arguing I'm communicating and she's the one that won't listen and then Mary hangs up on me. Now they send me to their billing department and they threatened that if I don't pay them that they will send me to the collection agency and Mary Medina would not even return all my calls and all their staffs are being rude on the phone every time I call and ask to speak to her. Come here for all of my PCP visits even though it's somewhat far from home. Traffic was worse than normal so we arrived at 11:20a. We walked in and my wife nicely greeted the staff and said she wanted to do a walk in appt. The white blonde hair lady behind the receptionist desk was immediately rude and snapped that we were too late for walk ins and we would have to return at 1:30p. So we wasted our time driving 45min here and being treated and spoken to like trash. This place will never receive our business again and I would not recommend this place. I don't give business to businesses that have zero customer service skills and are rude like this woman was. Maybe you should reevaluate your staff if you actually want business from anyone in the future.
