The white blonde hair lady behind the receptionist desk was immediately rude and snapped that we were too late for walk ins and we would have to return at 1:30p. So we wasted our time driving 45min here and being treated and spoken to like trash. This place will never receive our business again and I would not recommend this place. I don't give business to businesses that have zero customer service skills and are rude like this woman was. Maybe you should reevaluate your staff if you actually want business from anyone in the future.

While my mother was in the ER, the doctor checked on us only once and never returned to discuss her lab results or answer our questions, despite us waiting for updates. I was only getting update beacuse I will ask to random nurses and sometimes I did not even get them When I approached the nurses' station to ask that I wanted to see the doctor , I overheard the doctor say, "No, I'm not going back to those people in that room." This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, especially for a 97-year-old patient. After the doctor realized I had overheard the comment, she attempted to speak with me, but by then the damage was done. I told her that was no way to talked about patients she was caring for and I walked away We felt completely ignored and uninformed about my mother's condition the entire time. And this is not the first time I have heard about Orlando Health doctors. A friend of mine who is a former employee has heard even worse from doctors there. Orlando Health is known to have racist doctors. It is sad that the USA health system is one of the worst in the world. Latinos and ethnic people receive the worst treatment -- not always, but sometimes -- from what seems to be racist doctors. I personally saw the same doctor rushing to a white patient's room while she passed by me ignoring me, I am right now extremely mad about these so-called professionals. They clearly care more about money or White people than the wellbeing of other patients. Karma is a bitch. You will get what's coming to you, you fucking bitch. As a family member advocating for an elderly patient, I expect basic communication, professionalism, and compassion. This experience showed none of that. I intend to formally escalate this matter to Orlando Health Human Resources for full review.

For instance, I called the office and got Liz on the phone. She was just rude and short with me. I, later, checked in for my appointment and wasn't acknowledged. And, the lady that was sitting at the check-in desk (light brown hair with glasses), was smacking her gum and her demeanor was entirely unprofessional. I am totally disappointed in this practice. Working in the healthcare profession, my superiors and I don't find this type of behavior acceptable. I'm not sure why this office does.

I am self pay so it costs me $50 a visit. When the doctor came in the room she said she would not refill my prescription??? That was the whole reason for my appointment. I think you should notify patients, especially ones who don't have insurance and are paying out of their own money if a doctor will not be able to provide the service the appointment is scheduled for. I left very frustrated and now will have to pay out of pocket more money with a new provider. Ask all your questions up front when making an appointment!

I choose Dr Gonzales Valle to provide our medical care. My most recent experience at the office is an example why we choose Dr Gonzales and Orlando Family Physicians. I was very sick with a cough for 6 weeks. I saw my Dr twice and was still sick.Dr Gonzales sent me to Pulmonary for a visit . The NP I saw had the very same impression my Dr did. Her differential diagnosis was GERD,Allergies or Asthma and medicines were prescribed and i was better. My followup with Dr Gonzales was a special visit as he was sincerely happy to see i was finally better. He always takes time to listen,explain and to ask if i have any questions. He thoroughly offers explanations and the rationale for the treatment. I must say all staff are very friendly accomodating and knowledgeable and for these reasons i will always recommend Orlando Family Physicians to my family and friends.
