Most people don't know what goes into replacing a roof properly, and how many corners can be cut to reduce the cost to the contractor. So many corners can be cut that any intelligent person would never know about. J&E does not cut corners. Many roofing contractors choose to use cheap and inferior materials beneath the shingles because nobody knows the difference. J&E uses the best of everything because they do know the difference and they want to deliver nothing but the best to their customers. They remove all of the old tar/felt paper and inspect the entire roof, looking for defects and bad plywood that they will repair before covering it up -- not all roofing contractors do this. They take pride in their work. Another thing many people don't consider is how well their property, lawn, flowers and other plants will be treated and protected by a roofer, and how well they will clean up before they hand you a bill.
