So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.

The rep was very professional and cordial. The rep attempted to get my phone up and running, I was told that the mother board in my phone was corrupt. I do recall downloading an app call Eat Around Town. After a day, I noticed that my phone was acting up. I am not saying that the app corrupted my phone but at the same time, I am not counting it out. While I was there for about one and a half hour with no positive results, I was informed about every step and process that they took with a final word of "I need a new phone." At least everyone in uBreakiFix was getting along with each other and the representative control the crowd with laughter and stories. It made for a less stressful situation. I was not the only PO person who had problems with downloading apps, but I was the only one that had to get a new phone. They tried to fix it but it just did not happen.... Inspire more, Yelp more!
