It did not look normal. It made them look cheap like they were bought from the dollar tree. They were an 8 hundred dollar pair which I still paid over 3 hundred for after insurance. They refused to do anything to make me satisfied with my purchase. I was told there was nothing they could do and I had to keep them just as they were. It was very upsetting. I am sure most of the time there is no problem with their eyewear but on those occasions when there is a problem you will not get a satisfactory solution to your problem. You will not get any solution at all. I will never go there again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. The doctor was great but that was all that was good. Do not buy your eyewear there or you may end up like me with an expensive pair of eyeglasses that end up in a drawer and never worn. Even though they do not accept my insurance in the future I will return to wal mart where you are guaranteed customer satisfaction and you get it

This place is a complete rip off. They charged my daughter over $300 to fix her phone. The touch…read morescreen lasted about 3 weeks. Went back to have it fixed again, it's under warranty, they said it's cracked. It is cracked on the inside not the outside. They checked it for impact and could not determine if it had a hard impact. They want another $130 to replace the screen again because the warranty doesn't cover a cracked screen. The screen is cracked on the inside. I said it must have been damaged when they installed the new screen but the goof said that was impossible. How does a screen get cracked on the inside? I told this so called technician, that I've seen screens completely broken and still work. I'm going to report them to the better business bureau. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS REPAIR SHOP!
