Go on Tuesday for the procedure after taking the 10mg Valium they prescribed. I get there and Dr. Seeley does not show. Dr. Franklin won't do the sedation. He continues to try to pressure me to do the surgery without it. He offers Halcion when I told him it's never worked for me which is why I chose IV sedation that their website says they do. My whole phobia of dentists and anxiety will not let me. He then cancels and refuses it all. Says he will try to reschedule months away. I haven't been able to eat food in over three months and I scheduled it now because of my work schedule and kids sports schedules I was working around. Not to mention working around both doctors schedules. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Not caring at all. Not to mention Dr. Seeley could have call and cancelled. My FMLA was scheduled to start from work today for this procedure and I had to miss work for nothing. They didn't want to cancel because they wanted to force me through it.

They didn't try to guilt me about my teeth ( I also have depression so I've had periods of not tending to myself the best I can) and when the time came for my next appointment, the one for the heavy lifting work, I was prescribed an oral sedative so I could actually get some sleep the night before and gas during. Dr. Kallis was so gentle with the novacaine, more gentle than any other dentist took the time to be. AND the office is clean and comfortable, even the bathroom is nice. I went in on 6/16 to have a new lower partial made they said it wouldn't be ready until 7/11, they called on 7/10 and rescheduled me to 7/26 and now the just called and said it will now be 9/4 because they're closing down for the entire month of August. Poor service and now has the feel of shady backroom dental service.

My orthodontist, Shine orthodontics recommend them since I'm not from the area. To my surprise they took my insurance, so that was a plus! Upon arriving, the building was easy to find, good parking! They seem to be very up-to-date on all new technology/tools, it was busy but I didnt wait long and never felt rushed. They answered any questions that I had, made sure that I was comfortable, would ask if I need breaks. Explained what they were doing and why. Showed me the X-rays ( I was curious) and made a follow up appointment, told me beforehand how long it would take and want to expect. Or course, I went on google and I was nervous! But it was a smooth and easy process to get the crown placed. I have fully switched my dental care here, yes it's an hour plus drive for me. But well worth it!
