She consented, and so off we went. The first thing that I have to comment about is that it was so ironic... but the restaurant told us that they were out of waffles for the day. To be honest, that's a deal-breaker for me when it comes to restaurants -- them being out of stock of ANYTHING, but I was in a good mood so I let it slide. After all, that's life. Crap happens. It was dinner time anyway so I decided to go for the SPAM Filipino favorite meal; which features two slices of pan-seared SPAM, two farm-fresh eggs (any style), and unlimited garlic rice.
