I was able to find some cigars that I liked, however word of caution, the humidor on Brady Street wasn't/isn't the best. I saw that they had some Opus X. A little pricey at $35, but hey they are hard to get so I thought I would grab one or two. Well I left them right where I found them. They were dry. So I became very cautious with all of them. I really like this place. Not so much for the quality or presentation, but it is possible to find a good cigar here - and it ain't a bad place to smoke it either! There seems to be a simple-minded clerk running the shop who will assist you with your purchase, but may not be able to offer any insight into their selection, which is fine by me - I usually know what I'd like when I see it. However, this guy did provide some memorable enjoyment to my visiting this place. The first time I visited was with a friend from Scottsdale and we went here to find a squirrely little guy, wired up on something who sat on his feet atop a stool and occasionally grabbed a guitar or made wildly random statements that were confusingly fun! After nearly completing my purchase near the register, he jumps up to his knees atop the stool and starts waving his hands like a orchestra conductor... this was followed immediately by the clerk bursting into a full version of FSK The Star-spangled Banner of which I think he was totally unaware. He snapped out of it rather um-yeah matter-of-factly and I was able to complete my purchase of some Anniversary Padrón 1964s. That was the start of a very wild and exciting weekend that eventually landed my friend in Hangover Purgatory (Airport Clarion) for a day when he was not allowed inside my house. Enjoyable environment with sweet promotional events held each season (bring your appetite.) Casual and laid-back staff who are full of character and local flavor. Not a snobby environment in the least. A store full of regulars shows it caters well to the cigar aficionado. Part of a local chain of family run stores. Very odd cigar store... They carry plenty of hookah supplies but no pipe tobacco. They have great potential with a large walk-in humidor, but it is filled with bargain basement and "off" brands. Their premium humidor consists of a few Ashton and Fuentes products, but nothing that I would consider special. I got the vibe that this was more of a head shop than a cigar lounge and certainly not a place I'd consider going back to. read more
