I was uncomfortable upon entry, I felt I was in a store full of drug dealers, and I'm sure I was stereotyping and yet I'm not sure I was wrong. The first man I talked to wasn't very helpful, apparently a customer of the customers as well as a worker here if you catch my drift. I was looking around not understanding what most of the different apparati did or was and another more helpful worker took me into a back room (more trepidation) and showed me a lot of maybe similar devices to the one I broke but I just couldn't be sure. When he told me the price of $100 I balked. There were no prices on anything and I suspected this was one of those places like back in Sri Lanka where lengthy bargaining and bartering was expected and they don't sell gift certificates. I decided I'd go back to my nicotine addict friend for more information and I'm still not sure what I'm going to do, but so far my experience with Puff N Up has been "A-OK," as I did like the sense of adventure and intrigue. Then ensuring that Bic lighter has the safety removed and lighting up. Notes of menthol and chocolate melt away into oral fixation and addiction. I love smoking but I feel awful when my lungs remind me they can't absorb oxygen nearly as well. I'm saying all this to mention this place hooked me up with what I feel will be my first true introduction into vaporizers and ilk. The clerk was extremely helpful and actually guided me toward the perfect purchase. I've owned vaporizers before but the level of knowledge involved seems immense. The person took the science away and help me grab something I truly want to hold on to. And i finally understand what I want in a vaporizer and why I didn't enjoy it in the past. Vaporizing is expensive. I spent far more than most can but the investment seems worth it. Total I've spent more in the past with cheaper crappy alternatives. I'm very happy I found this place.

They have stopped selling a variety of nicotine pouches. They only sell imported European ZYNs (which are very good just pricey) and then FAKE "American" ZYNs. What I mean by American ZYNs is the dry classic ZYNs of the classic flavors (coffee, smooth, spearmint, wintergreen, etc.) only 3mg or 6mg and $5/tin. The European are "wet" and much more variety of nicotine content and flavors. At some point they decided to stop buying and selling REAL "American" ZYNs and have been buying fake ones packaged the exact same with almost unnoticeable differences in the color of packaging. They taste horrible, feel like acid in your mouth and throat, and are clearly of lesser quality. I do not recommend supporting this business. They are selling at least one fake product who knows how many other products are fake. This is ILLEGAL and an unacceptable business practice.
