However, there were three associates working at the time that did not pay any attention to me or greeted me as I entered/exited the store. They were too busy amongst themselves so I was not impressed with the customer service.

The place is much larger than expected from what you see outside - it just seemed to be cavernous to me. I found the rather large men's section to the right side of the store and headed in looking for the boat shoes. The selection of boat shoes was sparse - but the selection of every other type of shoe for a guy was outstanding. I really wasn't in the market for any other type of shoe though so I began to head back towards the front when I see a large selection of luggage. I have been traveling a lot lately and decide to take a look at what was available. After a few minutes of unzipping and unfolding a variety of different luggage types, I found a sweet combo set for a stupid low cost and headed off to pay. She showed us another style in gray but they did not have the size or a wider width. Upon checking she directed us to the Deer Park store. This store had the shoes along with a size for the bone colored sneakers that I had chosen as well. The later notes made in Vietnam and they are soft comfortable shoes. The young lady at Outlet mall there also was good and helpful. They had saved the two requested boxes up behind the register. We tried them, they fit and we bought them. (see pix) The back to school sale is buy one get one 50 % off. If you have rewards then you must have your phone to input them into the system for use. I did not. Thus I wasn't able to use the extra $5.00. But Rich the manager at our local store notes, if I bring the receipt and shoes/boxes, he can re-ring it and apply my reward credit. The shoe box for my sneakers has a 501c Bob[s special donation cause. (see pix) They give twenty five cents per pair to help animals in shelters. Both in USA and Canada. This project started in 2019 and runs through December of 2023. So cumulatively even at a quarter for a specially marked box should have added yearly to some hopefully decent annual amounts. Seems this started with getting shoes for children in need. Commendable. (with Payless gone) Sketchers is a place to visit for shoes.

I've never bought a suit so we were pretty lost. Misha took over. My sons only requirement was "nothing fancy" Yes I would have loved him in a very stylish suit but he vehemently refused. Misha got it all together for him including shoes, belt, tie, shirts and even socks! We were extremely happy! She made it so much easier than we thought it was going to be. Definitely recommend looking at their instagram or Facebook page on what they are looking for in that current season. Example- they won't take dresses in the winter. You can only bring clothes in bins, reusable bags or laundry baskets. Do not bring it in garbage bags they will not accept it. You can drop off your clothes and show your driver's license and they will text you when they are done "buying." When you return, you can see what they chose to by and how much they would pay. At that point you can accept or deny it. They do give you a coupon to promote shopping at same day which is appreciated. I do understand as they need to make some profit on the items however I wish I was given more. If you are in the area, you can give it a try but I wouldn't make an extra trip here.
