Went to DSW on a whim looking for shoes for 2 upcoming events. There was plenty of parking and the…read moreline to check out wasn't too long. There is a huge selection of men's women's and kids shoes and they even have a robust clearance section. I didn't interact with any employees but there didn't seem to be a lot of them around even if I did need one. The displays were clean and easy to shop. I admit I was hesitant at first but went ahead with it based on their recommendation. The boots arrived 5 days later, tried them on and they fit very very well....I walked out with them and wore them for the rest of that day. I have been wearing them 6-7 days a week everyday for the last month and a half and they are superb. Initial break in took about 3 days, after a week they really softened up and they got better and better everyday. They are currently my daily boot and they feel great all day ,every day. There are many other stores located in the shopping center makes it easy to go pick up groceries, Walmart, liquor, Thai food or just about anything else you might want to find. After shoe shopping. Also very convenient for the guys while your wife or GF is up and down the aisles looking for yet more shoes, you can walk around to some of these other stores in this shopping mall, and entertain yourself. The staff was very friendly here , asked my wife and myself several times if we needed any help and stayed close by to answer questions. Famous Footwear is a large well-lit modern store with styles that change with the seasons at a good price point.
