Then, for the first time , we stopped here at Schwab's 2nd Wind in Setauket, a small storefront shop behind Stop and Shop. What a find. He had exactly the Hoka shoe we were looking for and my wife was so impressed with the "old fashioned " personal service of having the shoes removed from the box and personally handed to her. The icing on the cake? The price at this small store was LOWER than the big mall store.

I admit I was hesitant at first but went ahead with it based on their recommendation. The boots arrived 5 days later, tried them on and they fit very very well....I walked out with them and wore them for the rest of that day. I have been wearing them 6-7 days a week everyday for the last month and a half and they are superb. Initial break in took about 3 days, after a week they really softened up and they got better and better everyday. They are currently my daily boot and they feel great all day ,every day. The staff was very friendly here , asked my wife and myself several times if we needed any help and stayed close by to answer questions.
